My mother falls often due to a weak left hip, goes out when standing. Her ears are blocked and she falls from that also. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The first time we got real help in the last three years. Food is excellent and always fresh and healthy. The process is simple and easy to understand, if we have any questions they are answered right away. Thank you for saving my mother’s independence and pride. Andrew Arnold Flye Sr. ( 10-15-25)

My mom was put there years ago it was awful, the lady in the same room as my mother had Stu ff stolen as my mom did. The people working there would walk into our mom’s room when I was visiting just to use the I phones and talk. I would feed my mom was I was there and the workers were not doing their jobs. I took over finally being in charge from my brother and they were charging for a tv our mom did not have , the roommate had. After them saying my brother owed them money I payed out of my pocket money to them I kept recipes and the price kept going up and they didn’t subtract my payments I had to get an attorney costing me thousands to take care of their greed and not being honest he had my receipt and there charges not subtracting my payments. I wish my mom had never been put there it was a bad place for her to live . Another woman said her picture of her mom were broken that’s an example keep looking for another place there are some better ones out there.

This is the most professionally run nursing home I have ever visited! And I have visited many. I am from Massachusetts and think you have the kindest, gentlest staff! Thank you for caring so well for my cousin Kevin!

My first time visiting West Hartford Health and Rehab I was very pleased with the staff and their interaction with the residents. My wife has a window view of lots of beautiful birds.

Mom is currently there for rehab services. The staff are attentive, professional and friendly. Mom is enjoying the meals and having a very positive experience.

It is a very nice place nurses are very sweet and friendly they know how to do their job and i love how they love and care for their patients
