Today was the first time my eleven year old daughter and I visited the West Des Moines Jordan Creek Mall location of BoxLunch. This store has committed to helping feed the community's hungry in a very open and civic-minded manner that I deeply appreciate. I was impressed, and so was my daughter. The customer service was helpful, professional, and friendly. The store was very clean. Everything was top notch.

I absolutely loved this store. My first time here I had to wait a little bit due to Covid-19 and the stores capacity limits. However, the wait wasn’t long and the staff was incredible! I felt safe while shopping and their selection of products was awesome!! If you’re a cartoon or comic fan this store is a must visit! 😍

Bought a Disney princess mystery bag for $45 the item in the bag didn't cost that much and there wasn't one Disney princess in the bag. Staff was nice great store just disappointed in the miss label and steep price usually you get a somewhat of a deal on a mystery bag. Lesson learned I gambled and lost.

As a person using a mobility device, aka a rolling walker, I struggle going into stores that have lots of little items. This store’s aisles and places to walk through were immaculate snd easy to navigate. A lot of times, I skip shopping in similar stores, because my mobility device is a hinderance, and I can’t safely shop the store. When I was there on April 4th, 2025, I was able to safely shop and look with no issues or assistance needed, which rarely happens. The people working were extremely helpful and kind. I hope this continues and spreads to other places. This store is proof that ADA compliance is possible, and fun items are for everyone!

I ordered a couple items online and used this store to pick up some items for my kids for the holidays. The items shipped separately and I didn't really want to drive 20 miles out of the way to pickup each item separately. The items hadn't even been there a week. I was told the item had to be returned as it is too close to the holidays to store items. A singular stocking is too much extra to store, what a joke. I'll take my business elsewhere where customers are valued.

Mia and her associate were very helpful and patient when we came in close to closing! I'll definitely be going back the next time I'm in Des Moines.

I bought a Sanrio surprise bag and a stuffed animal with the security tag. I'll go tomorrow to see what's going on.
