Little Seven House

I have been going to the store for over three years and while they have the cutest and latest products, the lack of Customer service really bothers me. I have never entered the store and been greeted. I’ve never been asked if I need any help and I have yet to receive a thank you after a purchase. I’ve completely stopped going Because every single time I entered, no one who Worked there spoke to me. they would make eye contact and then put their heads down. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer because of this. I hope they change this cold demeaner towards their customers.

Little Seven House is a cozy little shop tucked away at the basement level in Philly’s Chinatown — blink and you might miss it, but it’s well worth the stop if you're into cute collectibles. The store has a sign that says "no pictures," which made me a bit hesitant since I was trying to send a photo to a friend who sent me on a mission to find a specific Smiski. Thankfully, the staff was really kind and understanding, which made the experience easy and enjoyable. They carry a huge variety of blind boxes — everything from Smiskis to Sonny Angels to Sanrio collabs — and the prices are super reasonable, sometimes even cheaper than the bigger, flashier stores on the main Chinatown strip. There’s also a cash discount, which is a nice bonus if you’re stocking up. If you’re hunting for the elusive **Labubu** figures, this place has them, which is rare and exciting for collectors. Beyond blind boxes, they also carry a bunch of cute accessories, small plushies, pins, some clothing items, and fun little trinkets that make great souvenirs. The space itself is small but well-organized, and every shelf is packed with charm. It’s got that cozy collector vibe — the kind of place you could spend way too long in, just browsing every corner. Whether you're a toy collector, buying gifts, or just looking for something cute and fun, Little Seven House is a great find.

Chi and Lee were so helpful and amazing they were so welcoming and helped me find the exact items I need. This place is my go to for all my stationary supplies and I highly recommend. This place will exceed your expectations and so will chi and LeeLee!!

super cute little place. the staff was very nice and they had a bunch of blind boxes :3. they were much cheaper here than back home. i paid about $26-28 per box 🙂

It is so bad I wanna give you a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give you a one. This place is a rip-off. At checkout, the cashier told me I could "save 10%" by paying cash, but in reality they sneak in hidden fees for using a card. My total should have been $16.20 with tax, but I ended up paying $19.43 — that’s about 20% extra. Completely misleading and deceptive. I’ll never shop here again.

Lovely store, location wasn’t too hard to find. Friendly service, and received free stickers from the nice women at the register for shopping there. 🩵🫶🏿 (3/15/2024)
