Hot Topic

Came in the other day and walked around to find some birthday gifts for myself (guilty!!) A nice worker came and helped me with a backpack on the wall and gave me a discount coupon! Then at checkout everyone behind the register was so sweet and friendly and very funny! They even reminded me about my birthday coupon! They made sure all coupons were added and also double checked that my security tags were off the clothes! I cannot say how happy I am with this service! Ask for any of these memorable workers : Grace, Victoria, Bin, and Kalie!! Love this store!! Will definitely be back!! Best 21st birthday shopping experience ever!

I've always loved build a bear as a child and still go today. One of my favorite things now is the buy 2 for 45 sale they do all the time. And the fact that they rotate bears a lot and always are coming out with new merchandise. If the bear you want is not in stock you always have the option to order online and take it to a store to fill so you still get the experience with your fuzzy friend. Not to mention all the close you can dress them in, after buy a fuzzy friend you have the option of adding a smell, clothes, sounds and a box/ home to put them in (but you don't have to) Or if you rather make it a quick and easy gift you can order everything thing online and still get to watch it made with virtual experience. A person can always bring back there stuffed animal and get new clothes, a new smell (they tend to smell good for several months) and get it stuffed again when it starts to go less fuzzy or extra loved. But in the end build a bear is Fun for all ages thanks to the wide arrange of options everyone will be able to find something they like.

The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly, well put together. Hot topic is one of the only reasons I still go to the mall. They always have sales and give out coupons.

I know it's supposed to be the 'hot topic' but I remember coming into this store and seeing fulls racks eveywhere to the point it was hard navigating through the store. I visited over the weekend and it was bare. I know i know pandemic and maybe there is a shortage, but it just looked so empty. Not too many things to chose from, the employees were great, but was just a very disappointing visit. I think I'll stick to shopping online from them.

Really helpful staff. I don't watch anime. My kids do though and I was in there Christmas shopping for my kids. The staff knew all the shows and the characters and helped me find what I needed.

Employees bother you every 20 seconds. I timed them! Every 20....30 seconds !!!! Asking you tons of questions. If you want to shop there - quietly or alone, this is not the place for you. They also didn't even carry what we wanted in the store. Yikes. Don't go. :/ Lol....

Pretty cool. So much stuff hard to jus get one thing. Always sales going on an if you cant find it at one hot topic its at another. But this stores funko pops were more organised than any other I've been to
