The store is nice and I enjoy looking around. However when I sold about 10 music CDs and 6 kpop albums, (one I bought for 50 dollars). They only offered me 8 dollars. How does this make sense?? They didn’t take a good majority of my albums by a lucky mistake. I wish I didn’t take the deal. The worker was nice, I just wish they actually sold things to their worth. I should have gotten at least 100 for those.

First visit to this place, I was talked down to and treated like an idiot by an employee. Not sure if it was because I was a woman or dude was just a jerk, but the manspalining, multiple corrections on things I was right about and the flippant attitude? Really nice look for an employee. Not to mention a terribly kept location. Items littered everywhere, hanging out of packaging and stacked throughout aisles so you can’t move? Really pathetic…

I was showing and explaining how to use a hacky sack to my 6 year old and he tried. Dude comes out of the back saying don’t play in the store you might break my shelves. My 6 year old with a hacky sack is definitely gonna break your shelves. -_- the mess is always over priced but now I’m not even giving you th efoot traffic. Chill dude. You should have stopped by and shown him how to do it not been a total jerk.

Cool place! You really gotta look around if you wanna find what you want though, lol. I got this little silly fella for cheap tho. Also the cashier was chill. Def worth visiting.

I was having issues selling/getting rid of around 50 books. I called them, told them what I had and the employee I talked to was very nice and when I brought the books up there he actually helped me and my bf out bringing them in. They took every book I brought except one for too much damage. They were very engaging and nice and I will definitely be going back!

I used to love shopping at EntertainMart. I trade in movies, games, and books all the time. When there is a new release or a re-release of a classic film I can always count on EntertainMart to have what I want in stock. Recently, I experienced the absolute worst service at the store in Waco. The cashier in the afternoon was extremely rude and condescending. I called the store to have some films put on hold for future pickup. The cashier told me that they could be picked up today or tomorrow. Over the phone she was very rude and told me they don't do pick up and said the films can be put on hold and I have to pay before 2 days are up. Absolutely. I previously ordered a film over the phone the month before with no problem. The VintageStock site says call for "shipping" or "pickup". Very condescending. Since the films were new re-releases I asked when I could pick them up and gave my name. Just to clarify because they are not released until the next day. The cashier told me that I could pick them up the day I called. I go there and of course the films are not available for sale. What concerned me was that the new releases were not even put on hold yet for me. Luckily, everything was straightened out. I also had items to trade in as always. The cashier gave the rudest response and didn't take anything in for trade-in. I had a couple of Video Games, DVDs, a Blu-Ray, and Books. Some of the books had poor binding but everything else was in pristine condition. The cashier didn't even look up the barcodes of the items. Told me I would get a couple of cents for all the items. Not even $5 dollars in store credit. I hope the new re-releases are available when I pick them up. Hopefully there is better luck and service with the morning crew. However, if this is the new norm in customer service for EntertainMart Waco. I will take my business and money elsewhere.
