Target

The store experience itself was fine, except for paying new for what clearly is either used, open box, or surpetitiously exchanged by someone with access to the inventory. Customer service was of no real help. Big disappointment from the store itself and their customer service.

I just paid my last visit to Topeka target! There was a long line of people waiting to check out and not one human being as a cashier. Self check was the only way to buy merchandise I was about the middle of the line and as I was leaving, one person may have been on her way to open up a human checkout line. I feel if my business is not important enough to always have a human cashier then this store does not need my cash.

I will never ever use target online again! I ordered $125 worth of gift cards. I was told numerous emails that they would be delivered on December 15. After checking my mailbox time and time again, today I discovered that they will be delayed. In checking on it I find out they are in North Carolina and I have no clue if or when they will get here. In trying to use my target app it would never ever take me to customer service where I could ask someone about it. I was given a one 800 number and the girl said we don’t take care of stuff like that in the store. I called the one 800 number and I can’t talk to anyone there either. They automatically tell me what my order is and say, we don’t have any idea when it will get there will let you know. Automated! No help whatsoever! And evidently customer service isn’t target strong suit. It pays to shop at Walmart!

RIP OFF Artists! Beware! Terrible Service! ZERO Stars! Do not buy anything online wtih their Sleazy third party sellers. Total Waste of your time and money! They will intentionally send you the completely wrong item and NOT refund your money. Target will not stand behind the customer, they will be in favor of the third party online seller. I am NEVER buying anything from them ever again. STAY AWAY! I will keep shopping with their Trusworthy competitor that provides Great Value.

I think it's a great place to shop but be mindful during holidays and stocking up around customers that are nice and considerate.

The fridge with the blackberrys and strawberry’s smells awful. Ihave bought blackberrys twice and they had mold on the inside never again buying fruit there

Employees put out a whole bunch of new Lego sets on the shelves, and when I went to pick one up the next morning (today) they refused to sell me any of this particular set. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge deal but this is a KNOWN product of high demand and I was very excited to find it in person. I likely won’t be able to get the set before it sells out and they take another 2 months to restock (not an exaggeration). I honestly just expect more from a corporation with a presence as large as Target.
