Kwik Shop

I was not offered a receipt, I was told the total was $3.50, after getting home and checking my bank account they charged me $14 for a soda and hot dog. I used loyalty number and looked up what was purchased and 2 other items we're added to my purchase that I did not buy. The person in front of me purchased gas only. How did these things get added to my total? I will be disputing the transaction but this is active theft.

Took cash in for fuel, used my points for 0.50 cents off a gallon. Went to pump and was not working had to go back in and activate pump. They took my fuel points and didn’t get my 0.50cents off a gallon. Thanks for that. Could’ve not been a problem if they had workers that knew how to do there job. 125pm on Tuesday 11/4.

At 5:30 on November 10th the blonde girl that was cashiering was asking every customer if she could ask them a question. The customer in front of me said no but the cashier asked anyways, and she asked every person if they believed transgender women belonged in sports, and wrote down their answer behind the counter. I’m extremely disappointed in the store for this, as my usual experience with OTHER cashiers has always been great. Embarrassing all around, do better with staffing and workplace etiquette.

The lady with piercings on cheeks has terrible customer service and rude for whatever reason threw the dollar bill change on the table and then turned around and threw the change on the counter. It was like an inconvenience that we used cash so she had to throw it at us🤷🏽‍♀️ idk no words were said. Hopefully her day gets better or she finds a job without customer service being involved.

This quick shop is the most unorganized and never have roller dogs ready but sitting on they phone not doing nothing I wish I could show yall the Pic of the tongs to get hotdogs it hasn't been washed in months same cheese was on it for about 2 weeks in same spot I get my hotdogs with a napkin not getting sick and im calling health dep to show pictures to them

This convenience store it's usually very busy. You can expect a line at the checkout and often at the pump. The bathrooms could use attention most of the time.

Why are the receipt machines always broken? Is it poor quality gas pumps or manipulative marketing - forcing people inside for additional sales. I hate manipulative marketing! I’ll go where the pumps give receipts outside.
