Hot Topic

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience shopping at Hot Topic for my son’s birthday! Drew and Claudia went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. They were super attentive, friendly, and made the whole shopping trip fun and easy. Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Huge thanks to them for making my son’s birthday shopping special!

Thank you drew for the amazing customer service walked through the store with my family. Went above and beyond in order to get shirts from the top for us. It was my sons birthday and my son felt very important and listened to and that’s what mattered most thank you for the excellent customer service experience

Drew is awesome immediately matched our energy and brought the vibes, definitely needs a raise.

Had an awesome experience at Hot Topic! The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The store had everything I was looking for, and the vibe was just right. 10/10 would definitely come back

My 12 year old always feels welcome here. The staff is great at greeting customers and introducing themselves.

Love this store. And I super love this location because the staff is always very nice and chill. Kelly is hands down fave person from here. She's very sweet and polite and she doesn't just make me feel like another customer. She makes conversation and is genuinely sincere in her approach. This girly here deserves a raise💜 thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

I haven't been to a hot topic in years but I won't hesitate to come back because of the wonderful service I received! I really wanted a particular item that they didn't have in store so they ordered it for me and were very informative. Imagene took care of me and was super helpful and kind. The young gentleman on the floor was also very helpful and looked for an item in the back for me. It's been a long time since I had amazing customer service like this. I definitely recommend this location and will continue to come back!
