The Best Shop

!!NOT A TRUSTWORTHY SHOP!! This shop sold tires to my GF that were 5 years old and were 12% undersized. She doesn't know much about cars or tires and relied on this shop to get her the propper tire size for her vehicle not to offload thier old tires that are so small they'd ruin the transmission and motor! The lady at the service desk yelled at her for 45 minutes when she went back to get a refund for the tires. This needs to be made right.

Super helpful, the person at the desk was knowledgeable and willing to look up several options to get me exactly what I wanted. I went to another tire place but the dude at the desk had 'already decided' what I needed before I started talking. This desk attendant treated me like a real customer, even though I was wearing my grubby gardening clothes. If I said I wanted something she looked it up and we both talked about what tires would work best for the roads I travel on and my daily commute. Price was reasonable for what I needed and service was EXCELLENT. Tires look great! It's raining, so sorry gang, no pictures this time.

Horrible customer service. These people charge you top dollar and don't stand behind their work. They screwed up a trailer that nearly cost me a lot of issue going down to the lower 48, then blew me off and jerked me around for weeks on a partial refund, lied, and never sent me a dime for an admitted screw up on their part. Go somewhere else unless you want to get screwed by this place-

Went in a few months back. They have poor communication with the front office. I told them what was wrong with my bus, they didnt even check what i mentioned. They ended up checking something completely different and ended up charging me for it. I was told by the lady on the phone that they wont charge for inspection as well. They couldn't even give me a timeline to of when they could fix my car or price. They charged me for something I didn't even ask for. Would not recommend.

Disappionting. Was unable to complete any work i requested after over a week at their shop. Uninterested in public sales and service, it seems to me. Only have time for commercial businees. So be it. Probably did me a favor. I want to work with professions only. So long and thank you, you saved me alot of money. Keep up the good work.

Good and bad…so 3 stars! Office workers need customer service skills… literally were yelling at me, talking derogatory to me, treated me like a child. Very catty and lots of attitude! Then they refused to come take my payment for work done and someone else had to come take the payment. -1 star 🚫 Shop workers that actually changed our tires out on our travel trailer were absolutely amazing and did a great job! They fixed an issue we didn’t know we were having. Highly recommend the the work they did. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Not sure how many bad customer service reviews they are going to get before they fix the problem but treating customers in a very derogatory manner is not wise.

Was in a pinch and needed tires and a couple wheels fast. These guys worked with me exceeded my deadline and got me on the road quickly. A pleasantly rare experience with a shop that really seems to care about their customer. No other shop on the peninsula was willing to put in extra effort to track down something to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable and I will defiantly be doing business with them again.
