Kinda priced higher than I anticipated but it's still a cool store to go look around in

While HT always provided a unique style, their prices have exponentially increased over the years while the quality remains less than stellar. I made an online order of over $200 in addition to $100+ in store order and it’s been 2.5 weeks and I’ve received 1 item of all item. I also tried to used the coupons I received in store and much to my surprise, when entering the code the total price INCREASED! Coupons are essentially useless unless you buy something that is not currently considered on sale. With the price HT charges at the very least your shipping times could be better and processes more smoother.

Went with my Grandchildren. Decent prices after Christmas! My youngest Granddaughter is a bit too young for most of their merchandise but we were able to find her some jewelry and one t-shirt. The older one left extremely happy with 4 pairs of pants at $15 each and several other items. The store was clean and the staff were friendly!

Very disappointed in customer service today as I stood in line for a good 15 minutes waiting for the cashier to quit talking to a family that already been cashed out and handed their receipts . She looked at us a couple times and kept talking like we weren't even standing in line. I will never go to this location as it was very unprofessional!

Fun niche store. They carry more than just "goth" items. They have movie paraphernalia, body jewelry, and fun graphic tees. Staff is friendly. Prices are hit or miss some items such as tee's (look for 2 for $ deals). Other items such as accessories can be a little high.

Been shopping at this location since the late 90s they always have the most amazing people working there and the items they carry are very unique and not insanely overpriced
