Huge bookstore with a wide selection!! I love Barnes and noble! Came on Memorial Day and the woman at the checkout register was so friendly and delightful. She had fun flower earrings and seemed really kind. Those kind of people really make you feel welcome in a place. It was a joy to have been helped by her.

I’d say this is probably my least favorite Barnes & Nobles. The service is questionable everytime but I try not to take anything personally but it’s definitely questionable everytime. They never seem to want to help me or is quick and short with me. No one smiles at this specific location. I only come here if I’m in the area and can’t wait to find a book I’ve been wanting. Other than that, I’m at Woodbury or Minnetonka! Idk it could be better people look miserable here lol.

The size of this B&N is unbelievable! My fav B&N, I always find books that I don't find at any other location. You can easily spend hours in one section alone in this location. The cafe has to be the biggest in the state. The seating in this location is extensive. You can find a spot to sit and read or eat. Phenomenal kid space, stage and areas for kids to find the right section for them. Staff are to themselves, a great place to sit and read because no one will bother you but not a great place to ask questions. The upkeep of the location needs to be better. Carpet looks like it needs changing or cleaning, other fixtures and such seem beaten. I love coming here despite the dinginess.

Allana went above and beyond helping me find the perfect copy of the book I came in for. I was recently diagnosed with Autism, and I’m particular about condition and details — it means a lot when someone meets me where I’m at. When I noticed a stain on the first copy, they kindly pulled every other copy off the shelf without hesitation, even though I could tell the day was already stressful. I know I took up a good chunk of their time, and I really want to say thank you. That kind of patience and care isn’t something you see every day, and it didn’t go unnoticed. I deeply appreciate it. I also want to thank Mike at the checkout line. They helped me find resources for navigating Autism and ADHD going forward, and even recommended a magazine I wouldn’t have picked up otherwise. Despite a customer being rude to them in line, Mike stayed calm, kind, and present with me—not just in a "doing their job" way, but in a genuinely human way. That meant a lot. Thank you, Mike.

If i buy a cake pop i would appreciate a water in a VENTI cup like every other starbucks on the planet allows. Im confused. Nobody wants to wait in line again for a refill on a tiny cup.

Barnes & Noble has always been a wonderfully atmospheric place to visit for book lovers. Tons of stock, a great many options across a vast amount of categories, and an in house coffee and snacks area.

Waited in line for 20 minutes! Cashier name Serenity said " it's a schedule thing" when I asked why there were 3 people working customer service doing nothing. I watched them stand around and talked. Not even an apology for the wait. So annoyed. Never coming back.
