POP MART

Took my daughter to the store because it's the only Pop Mart in store within 2 hours of us. I was surprised at how small it is. The employee said that they were not anticipating such popularity, which I find surprising seeing how popular they are to begin with. The store opened not too long ago. Many items were not in stock because of their popularity. That they had a pretty diverse range of other things you could buy. There was a line to wait that moved fairly fast. We went on the weekend so I anticipate that the weekdays likely don't have a line.

I have never met a clerk with such a bad attitude. If you don't believe me, come and try it. They distorted the facts and changed the company's terms to deceive customers, saying that only the person can pick up the goods, and the ID must be confirmed before picking up. I have been to so many popmarts, but this store is the only one that is like this. Everyone who picks up goods should pay attention!!! Welcome everyone to complain about the clerks and let them get out of popmart!

The cashier working today close to about 3 pm (glasses if I’m remembering correctly) had a terrible attitude. She seemed genuinely agitated to be working there. There was about 12 people in line which was crowded enough for how small the store was, but I can’t even imagine how she must act towards customers when it’s packed. I spent quite a bit so I was just truly disappointed with the lack of customer service.

What a fun store! Took our granddaughter there and everyone was nice and helpful. As long as my little princess is happy, so am I.

Still a newer store so it’s a bit understandable, but the staff always seem really confused and on-edge regardless of how many customers are in shop. One time at check out they even shouted "NO LABUBUS!!!" at us even though we were only buying a Skull Panda. The store is also very small, but they offer store pickup now to give you more options.

Lots selections but need to wait in line to get in. They don’t have Labubu in stock.

SUPER disappointing!! 7 hours to get through 300 people is crazy to me. I will never wait in a line for a Popmart drop like this again it was very poorly ran. They said no one could line up before 6 AM but I got there at 5:30 AM and I was already in the 300’s. They only allowed 10 people in at a time and put no time limit on their shopping. Popmart needs to hire their own security to regulate the lines because if you tell people something you should follow through with it about the rules and regulations otherwise why post false advertisement? Left empty handed so hard lesson learned ✅
