Andy was super kind and welcoming while I browsed the shop. I picked up a reed diffuser and took my time exploring—tons of great finds and even some UFO catchers, which was a fun surprise! Definitely recommend stopping by. I’ll be back soon for ingredients and more good vibes.

My kids LOVE coming here. They always have new and cool stuff! One time I paid but it didn’t go thru and they asked to run the card again. Noticed there’s 2 charges. Called the store they explained every-time you swipe the card it will show on app as pending not charging but once it’s finalized it was ONLY 1 charge and that’s what happened only 1 charge. Employees are so friendly and helpful there. I always tell my friends and families about KuKuRi.

Horrible experience. I was attempting to purchase a multi packet of miso soup. I bought this item dozens of times over the years at other small Asian stores as well as walmart, etcetera. They tried to charge me sales tax I explained there's no sales tax on food. When I suggested I would contact the Attorney General to report the improper taxation. I was asked to immediately leave the store and to never return. This is not the way you do business.

Proudly displaying bootlegs from major franchise. They clearly have an account with major distrobutors to acquire their boxed figures, why not get officially licensed plush as well?

Paid for two drinks on my card but the cashier said the transaction didn't go through because a receipt didn't automatically print and asked me to try again. Card was rejected by payment system for duplicate transaction. Boyfriend used his card and the receipt printed. Checked my credit card app and the charge went through on my card anyway but we had to leave without resolving it because we had to make it to a movie on time.

Watch closely when getting items rung up. My bf purchased a very cheap item and didn't notice it rang up $10 more than it should've. He didn't realize it right away, but went back. The cashier first said "oh no big deal, it's just labeled wrong." We politely asked him to ring up the items again, sure enough this time was right. When asked for the refund he mumbled something about us using a card for payment, but told us we'd get a refund. Hours later find he actually charged another $10 rather than refund it!

They sell a lot of bootlegged merchandise.. As someone who works with licensed plush daily it's 100% fake product, and they're over- charging you for product that's not legitimate. I'm getting so sick of these "Japanese"stores/claws popping up that sell fake items and deceive their customers. It's not hard to get licensed plush, and if you cannot don't sell knock offs to unsuspecting customers. Do not support them, support a business that will not overprice for wholesale Aliexpress items and knock offs!
