DO NOT sign up for the VIP backstage pass. I signed up on my birthday in August while making a purchase. The cashier told me it was free to sign up and NEVER mentioned I would be charged a monthly fee. After noticing a charge this month on my bank account I discovered I had been charged twice for this "membership". You can't cancel online you have to call or email. I called and explained I was never told this was a monthly charge and I want to cancel my membership and have only one of the charges refunded. He told me I could cancel online to wich I responded he was provided false information because trust me if I could cancel online I wouldn't be calling you. He agreed to cancel the membership but refused the refund because "I willingly signed up for this". I asked for a email confirming the cancellation and he told me he could not email me but could provide a cancellation number. When I mentioned this was a shady practice and I couldn't believe there was no way he could email me confirmation of the cancellation and I would be going to the BBB about this. That's when he said he had cancelled my membership and asked to hold while he transferred me to a supervisor. I declined this as it was clearly an attempt to prevent me from taking this further. On their BBB page there are NUMEROUS complaints of the same nature. One even changed her card and they were STILL charging her bank account. Awaiting to hear a solution from the BBB. Will NEVER be making a purchase from FYE ever again and I'll will be letting everyone on social media know of the scam they are running.

Do not sign up for their "free program" I went in December to purchase a birthday gift and was told at checkout "we have a free program that will save you 10% today" I gave them my email and didn’t think anything of it until I was hit with a charge for $11.99.

As far as the early teen kids being kicked out, I was in there shopping, those kids were disruptive, running around yelling, barking and growling. Making my child uncomfortable. As far as being without a parent, many store do not allow unaccompanied minors for this reason. Your children did not tell you how rude they really were. They were moving things all over the store, the employee did his best to not have to remove them, but after asking them once to calm down they continued, resulting in their removal. The teens and unaccompanied minors are the reason the mall has gone down hill.

Horrible experience! They’ll lie and tell you the vip pass is free then charge your card monthly. When I called to cancel the store clerk was rude and told me it was just policy but I could call another number to cancel. They were nice about canceling but wouldn’t give my money back. Just don’t go there unless you want monthly charges made when you didn’t even agree.

Beware shady practices. Backstage pass is total BS. Wasn’t aware there was a $12 monthly charge until it kept showing up. Btw it’s a nightmare to cancel and totally nonrefundable.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE VIP PROGRAM, cause it will automatically take you card info and start a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of $12 and they WILL NOT TELL YOU about it, I found out I was paying every month for a subscription to the VIP backstage pass thing when the guy at the store that signed me up for it NEVER told me. Do better.

Didn't see the reviews before going to this place, I also got scammed the 12.99 monthly charge for nothing.
