Worst customer service ever! Brought my grand babies 3 toys (almost $100). My 7 year old brought a toy he thought was a one piece, we opened it (at the coffee shop inside,while we waited for his mo) he saw that it wasn't a one piece toy but an intricate Lego, we tried to exchange it and they said any toy opened they dont exchange! Ill never shop here ever again. Im sure they will be closed by years end!

Nice brick and mortar business,great selections employees are basically NPC characters. I'm a hands on person and don't mind spending a little extra and going out of my way. I appreciate the human experience and gain from it most of the time. Brick and mortar businesses will shut down if we don't patronize them and we won't patronize them if we can't afford to! Overall experience cold and costly!

Great store. Friendly staff. Lots to choose from. The cafe is nice but wasn’t stocked so well on food in the display.

If you haven't set foot in a bookstore for a while, I suggest you make an exception for this one. This is a great book store, and it's bigger than most public libraries. It's very clean and well organized, and the children's section in particular is great for giving them inspiration about what they may want to read. My kids were happy to see multiple book series that they know and love from school; this was the perfect place to get ideas for their "something to read" present for Christmas!

Very nice bookstore located in the Valley View Mall in Roanoke, VA. I've been there for the very first time and really liked it. Huge variety of books, different areas, different interests, many great world famous, as well as less known authors. Also lots of magazines, calendars and diaries. I'd say that everyone may find something interesting for himself or herself. 😁📚📖📕👍🏻 And when you finish with your shopping, you may have a seat in a nice small cafeteria and get a cup of good coffee. ☕😊 Highly recommend it.👍🏻

Very nice store. This place is huge great selections of books, games even Legos. We were looking for a specific card game "Woodland Wanderings" and found it close to the front registers. Friendly and helpful associates.
