I called to ask if they had a specific Funko Pop in stock as a Christmas present, and a very kind employee named Bowie answered the phone. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it available at the time, but she let me know I could order it and pick it up in store. I assumed that was the end of it. A few hours later, I got a call back and was honestly a little confused until I realized it was Bowie again! She remembered exactly what I was looking for and took the time to check again, finding some in the back. She let me know I could come by and pick one up. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and dedication. Bowie truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her amazing customer service. She helped make my Christmas shopping so much better! 🎄✨

A big shout out to Anthony & Allison! I had placed an online order and they were beyond helpful through the process. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience. They told me about the hot cash I had available which lead to my daughter finding the cutest skirt & my son found some pined back buttons. Thank you both for being genuine people!

Lia and Bowie customer service was giving and left no crumbs (that's a good thing 😉). Super nice explained sales also when to come back and answered other questions with no problem. Bowie 😅 your so kind for letting our daughter give you a hug. Our kids super alternative and just marchs to their own symphony 🎶. Again thank you both for being incredible and we will be back.

I shopped around a bit & grabbed some things but also had a pickup order and they made sure that everything i ordered was inside and bagged it extra! Also got some coupons i can use soon, 10/10 recommend this location! 🖤

Great place! Love to shop here! Always a good variety and great prices! Always great on order pickups! The staff are friendly and helpful. Love my new anime shirts! I am impressed by how the anime section has increased in the last year! They really need a bigger store. Only because it's hard to navigate the small aisles when it's busy.
