Hot Topic

I love coming to hot topic and Amy (I think the manager maybe?) is so warm and welcoming. I always find All the stuff on my kids wish list for all the phases that they go through! If I'm going to the mall it's almost always to go to Hot Topic! The cash rewards that you get there are always a good motivator to keep coming back and spending more money! Lol!

The gal that runs the Redding Hot Topic is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely kind!

Super friendly staff. The store was in the middle of a change in management, so a bit of a mess. The staff was quick to apologize and explain. They were incredible helpful. My son was able to leave the store with several items after spending a bunch of fruitless time in the rest of the mall.

Hot Topic seriously has the best employees in town, every time my girls and I stop by the staff is always welcoming, exceedingly helpful and always smiling. Seriously, if you're ever feeling down or simply need to lift your spirits, stop by this store, you'll walk away with adorable merch and a smile on your face. Not only that, but Hot Topic always has incredible deals, not to mention their Hot Cash which always saves us so much money!

Amazing and fun place, been shopping here my whole life, great to get nightmare before Christmas merchandise, tongue rings, earrings, necklaces, ear gauges, awesome shirts, outfits, pants, handbags, purses, belts. Girls were very nice and friendly and informationable about their products

This store was really great, friendly people, easy to find, some good stuff in there. The problem is it's size. Genuinely felt cramped in the store, it could have been a great shop if they had more room. A shame.
