Cool place for what it is. Not my style, but my boys love it. Must say, im impressed at the stuff they have that i never imagined would have existed. Check 'em out.

Just had the best experience at my local Box Lunch. Happened to pop in there just for shits and gigs and saw a pair of Slytherin pj pants I’ve had my eye on for a while. There was only one pair left, they were in my size! I ended up checking the app to see if I had any rewards and I had a $10 off coupon so that absolutely sealed the deal. Then the kindest cashier complimented me on being a Slytherin and gave me an extra special little discount so they were only $13!!! I just love connecting with people over a shared interest. It was the sweetest thing that’s happened to me all day and it was so appreciated. Love the staff here. They’re amazing.

Stopped selling children’s clothing and infant gear. Super weird for a store that sells mainly character gear

Recently the store manager in Redding was wonderfully helpful in finding and holding an item for us in his store that our closer Box Lunch store did not have. He and the company are so customer service and customer satisfaction oriented...and it is obvious that desire is more than words!

gage gunner nelson is the most attentive employee boxlunch has ever had. he not only helped me pick out the sickest bluey hat, but when i had gone home i had been trapped when house caught on fire. this incredible, smart, funny, well dressed man broke the door down and risked his life to save mine. it was almost as if he sensed the fire and came to my rescue. 5 stars will be a returning customer for life. he did request this of me for saving my life, but it is a small price to pay considering his act of heroism.

So i am from modesto area, and i have to say i am a die hard box lunch fan. The store thats in redding is so clean so well run, i think his name is gage, the manager. He was so kind and helpful and made sure i wanted to come back die hard fan of the store or not. I just wanted to say this location is the best thing to have came to redding. And gage i think his name is already needs a raise!🙏🏼❤️🐉 THANK YOU BOX LUNCH!!!!!!
