I went in go get a 2 12oz sodas for 2$. The Indian clerk rang it up as 7$. I told him about the ad sign that said 2 for 2$. He went over and ripped the sign down, plus the store is ALWAYS dirty. This whole gas station sucks
Showed Up At 2:45AM To Get Some Cash Back,Some Gas Even Though its $4.99 A Gallon And Everywhere Else It's $4.49 A Gallon, There Supposed to Be Open 24 Hours , 7 Days a Week , But Obviously That's Not True , I Watched 5 Other Cars Pull Up and Check the Doors , They Put a Chain On The Door For Some Reason Lol..But then Was Locked So They Left So they Missed Out On Some $$ Which Obviously They Don't Need , They Also are Foreign Owned As Well They Hire All There Family Members Instead Of People From The Community that Needs Work , Clear Creek Market Down The Street Is Locally Owned with $4.49 A Gallon Prices So You Should Probably Go There As There Open As there Hours Say 3am-10pm M-F And 6am-10pm Sat n Sunday.
Unnecessary rude employees and not economicly friendly and not really helpful or friendly to the community and or travelers. Great location but not necessarily a pleasant place to visit.
I want to say I refuse to come here, when this specific employee I am about to describe is working. He is on the taller stockier side, white, I think bald but wears a ball cap never has a name tag on. Typically works in the afternoon after 5pm. I have no idea if this guy is a manager. If he is he should not be. I like to think of myself as a very nice person. I work in customer service myself, I greet people as I walk into the stores I go into. I don’t have this problem with anyone else who works here. If he is working I will say hi how are you! Or something along those lines. I get no response. He is impatient, condescending, and unreasonably rude. Everybody has those days, and the first couple times I brushed it off, because working in customer service sometimes it is a challenge to even be fake nice. This man is awful. He cannot wait to get you out of the store. Watches what you grab and does not give you time to think if you would like anything behind the counter and already has you rung up. You tell him have a nice day at the end of the transaction and again, no response. Generally acts like he is better than ANYONE who walks through those doors and is too good to respond to you when you are just trying to be nice. I can understand the homeless people camping out front can be a nightmare, but treating every single person like dirt that comes in is not tolerable. I am not kidding, if I pull up to the store and see him working, I pull right back out of the parking lot. I would rather drive two towns away for a convenience store than have another uncomfortable, uninviting experience with this guy working here. Owners, if you see this and can point out who I could be talking about. Please please please have a discussion with this guy. I love coming here. And it is a shame to go home after a long work day feeling degraded. I used to come here quite often, unfortunately this employee is working every single time I come by. Like I said, I refuse to come in if this guy is working. I hate leaving a one star on here, it’s not the stores fault. But something has to be done about him. And leaving 2-5 stars does not feel like it would catch an eye of anyone who runs these reviews. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read my review. I have put a ton of thought in writing it. And have thought about writing this for a very long time.
Went in to pick something up, and the white guy checker wearing a ball cap started cussing about a guy asking if they carry phone chargers? Big ego and made me super uncomfortable. The place is already expensive and I’ve started shopping elsewhere for my everyday stuff
Phoenix is rude! Very disrespectful. She is the assistant manager? Wow ! No wonder the owner didnt come our he must be scared of her hahaha. She speaks about customers to other customers in store and starts a bunch of drama and laughs about it. The store is always a mess. Keep on keeping on Pheonix that's the way to make the business prosper hahaha
Not really one to complain but I was told to get out because I wasn't 21 when I was trying to buy an energy drink. Which to my knowledge contains NO alcohol.
