Walmart Supercenter

This is by far one of the most cleanest and organized Walmart's in the USA I have ever been to and I've been to many across the whole country. Nice staff. Organized shelves, knowledgeable staff that actually help you find things. Bret in automotive was super helpful as well. Keep up the great work. I even did a return and they were quick and efficient.

This is a review specifically for Terry in electronics 🙂 I was using the self service to take passport pics and the background was too 'busy' (other merchandise) and the photos weren't being accepted by the software for printing. I asked her and she didn't usually work in that dept but she came up with the great idea of holding this white plastic curtain they had behind me and it took a great photo! She was so helpful and nice! Thanks Terry:)

Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Fresh bananas and fruit. Clean store. Plenty of carts available. No waiting just used self check out. They had a nice sign in the entrance welcoming you to Rapid City. I thought that was nice.

Athena in electronics on lacrosse, hands down, best experiemce ever! She was personable, understanding, and genuinely helpful and made sure the return/exchange went smoothly, joked with me through the process and calmed my nerves. Ive never had a positive experiemce in that electronics department, EVER. until today. Thank you ATHENA, FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!

One star for the Pharmacy. My husband has been out of his medication since Friday. Today is Monday. We received the message today that the prescription was finally being filled. I drove there only to be told it would be 20 minutes. I stopped back after shopping. I was then told it would be a couple of hours since they had to check-in all the medications. Not thrilled with having to come back (it was my third time stopping there over the past couple of days) but he needed the medication. Just got the phone notice that it now won't be ready until tomorrow. Which means he has been without for five days. I will be sure to give the above as our reason for transferring all our prescriptions to a new pharmacy that is reliable.

Was driving to the blackhills and had a tire blow out on a Sunday. We stopped at Walmart in Rapid City. We got four new tires bought and installed in about 3 hours. Great customer service, and the techs who did the work were awesome and very prompt.
