Store Manager is so sweet! LOVE all the funko pops and blind boxes... and stickers (plz get less meme-y buttons tho thnx). Store is always neat and stocked. Cashiers could calm down on the sales pitch tho.

Alright miss JAAAAADE. I'm just a normal person, nope don't have 1000 piercings and my hair isn't green. But doesn't mean I deserve to be disrespected at the store today. YES, I UNDERSTAND THE REWARD system. YES I've actually worked your job LOL. But when I decline the first time don't ask 6 more times then EMBARRASS me at the 10th time miss lady. That was the MOST cringed moment I have EVER had lmaoooo. "But don't you want free cash?? No?!?!?! Well WHO WANTS FREE CASH" 🤣🤣🤣 Baby GIRL. that is NOT how you get someone on your rewards haha. That was literally so embarrassing for me for YOU to act like that. I did NOTHING but shop and smile and then went to check out BUT you had to be so weird about the rewards program THAT I BEEN KNOWING, hot topic has had since I was 13. Quite being such freaking weirdos where people always wanna stereotype the style. Yall are the problem. Obviously you're troubled is what that gave. Stop it.

The staff here are always super friendly. The music is great. The entire store has a welcoming and friendly environment. They always have a plethora of great items in stock. I cannot say enough awesome things about the incredible staff. They go the extra mile for the customer and they are always upbeat and in a great mood.

Very great and helpful staff
