This is the worst Safeway in the area but it should be rehabbed because they have a market that is worth it. This one is known for having a lot of people on the floor and ONE cashier open. Self checkout is not staffed. Self checkout! Or if it is staffed the person staffing it isn't there because they're over with another group entire groups of employees hanging out at registers discussing whatever they need to discuss apparently while lines pile up and customers wait. A lot of elderly people served here. Cashiers need to be staffing cashier stations. The self checkout lady, or gentleman, needs to be at the self-checkout. These are fundamentals of each position a cashier is to be a cashier you need to do your job basically okay please. If you don't think it's off-putting if you don't think it's obvious if you really believe that your behavior is warranted or desirable to your client base, you are really out of touch with what's going on around you and I would advise all of your employees get cracking cuz they're shutting these stores down and yours is on The chopping block. Not the time to start screwing around or actually I should say because I've been a patron of this store for over 20 years living in the neighborhood as I have, this store has been on this track for too long it is time for you all to get up to and operational level you can really be proud of. Because this is not it.

I love coming here to get groceries when my Husband and I are on vacation. I always find what I need and the staff members are always very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back to this location the next time my husband and I are in the area. Keep up the great work.

Anytime I have a drive up order I am met with long wait times and 0 customer service to which I don’t believe that it’s the workers’ fault. Something is wrong with management here or just the corporation and being understaffed. It’s ridiculous to wait over 40 minutes in the parking lot with no updates.

Only gave one star because I'm on food stamps went shopping for my 70 yr old mother and I can't eat now. We have no car Safeway was close enough for my disabled self to get to. Card did not work and they supposedly have no way of using their little fingers to put in my card number. Very poor customer service.

Okay so I’m not sure his name but whoever reads these please ask around to any of the men working there. The guy today who helped me was about 18-20 and it was August 14th at around 5. I am from Canada so I don’t really expect good customer service in the states but when I tell you this man was the nicest guy I have ever seen working customer service I mean it. I work it myself and it can be boring. I’m not sure who it was I wish it was I hope the store can find out who it was and say thank you because he knew exactly where the water flavouring was and was so very nice to me so I hope u give this man a raise and no he didn’t ask me to post it I’m 15 years old but he was genuinely the nicest person I’ve ever met. Thank you please find out who it was

I ordered a drive up order scheduled for 6. It wasn't fulfilled until 7:58p. When I called they said drive up orders only go until 8, which means they put my order off until the last minute or never actually bothered to prepare it. I walked in afterwards, there was maybe only two people working the entire store with nothing stocked. Not sure if I could trust this place for anything fresh or baked. The told me to call the next day. I can't even get anyone on the phone to cancel my order. Literally took off with my money

They had Ice. Normally my go to store. Just a pet pev. Bait & Switch or false advertising. Only price visible $5.00 Buy 2 get one free. Prices have changed, but it's the same situation. "Not the deal" Will they fix it or what ? Not fixed, Steve, the store manager told me it fell off. Totally BS. 7/23/2025 Wednesday - Caution at the deli, they have posted prices and then print out the price it really is. It's not that it is so much more expensive, it's that we are being lied to and it adds up, when you consider how many people this happens to. When you ask about it and am attitude is given, you wonder.
