Red’s Piggly Wiggly

I give Piggly Wiggly five stars. The help is always very friendly. Great selection and great prices. The banana cream pie slice was excellent today. Happy thanksgiving to all of you!!

So disappointed in the cakes we ordered. We have always gone to the Pig for cakes. A few years ago my son had his graduation cake and the ‘claw’ looked like a ‘blob’- ok one mistake. Well I ordered 2 cakes for last weekend and I asked for a fisherman and the other with butterflies and frogs. I paid $35 for each and got a cake with 2 decals- a ‘gone fishing’ and a butterfly. Then sprinkles and writing. Really?!? I paid $35 for this??!! I even spoke directly with the decorator! What happened to using frosting and taking the time to do what was asked for by the customer? Will not return for cakes again!!! Prices are high so don’t shop here often.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable, friendly checkers. Good produce and meats. A family business with great customer service. A little pricey.

I’m not sure how Piggly Wiggly is still open, the stores are old and they don’t put much back into them. I’ll give it four stars to help it stay open.

He: I y guys, just an update on things: I want to give a shout out to P.D. - you're a wonderful person and the perfect the perfect representative to be in customer service! People who have never worked customer service before don't realize what a demanding, sometimes thankless job it can be. You're just plain wonderful and every time I've seen you, you put a smile on my face, thank you! Boy, these guys are great! After having such a poor experience at another Piggly Wiggly in Kewaunee, I've had such great experiences here. First off they are hands down better than the Pic N' Save just up the road. To my knowledge they have the best prices of any grocery store I've been to. Obviously you'll save more money on some goods going to Family Dollar or the Dollar Tree but with those places (while great) don't have the kind of selection that the Pig has. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating and the store is bright and clean. I always look forward to going there because when I leave I know I'll end up feeling better than I did when I walked in.
