Walgreens

Pharmacy is horrible. Will tell that prescription will be ready in an hour. After 3 hours, checked on order and was told it would be ready next day. Got the prescription wrong, says they see both prescriptions (different strengths). Went to refill correct strength a week later and states they do not see the correct dose as an order.

Within the last year this pharmacy service has gotten worse. Waiting in line for over 15 minutes for a prescription for my wife. One person at the counter that wants to chat with everyone and does not know how to look anything up on the computer. No urgency. Ridiculous!

Thank you to all the people that tell what its really like at this pharmacy. It is the absolute worst. The short bald headed pharmacist is towards worst. Calls you over the intercom you have know idea what he says. It is the worst. Then he says your picking on him. Be careful. If you really tell the truth your post will come down.

This place canceled one of my prescriptions and can't tell me why it ever got canceled. I would never use this Walgreens again after I get my prescriptions they're horrible they don't ever have an answer for you they take multiple days to get you your prescription when it's something that they should have in a day or two I would recommend going anywhere else than this Walgreens.

Pharmacy sucks. Went to the doctor at 7:00am and because I know their pharmacy takes FOREVER I waited until 4pm to go pick up my prescription. Get there and of course it’s not ready. Pretty ridiculous. Never impressed with the customer service either, seems like they all hate their jobs.

This location has gone down hill. The techs are mean and rude, many times they do not wear name tags so we cannot report them. If you do night time pickup, you will see the employees in one corner congregating and will become upset when you ring the bell for service, as if the customer is bothering their fun time. I was only continuing service here because it was open 24 hours, but that now has changed. Honestly, CVS (not too far from this disaster) is so much better. I will be switching my kids prescriptions from this place.
