Consistently outstanding service and convenience. This Target delivers an excellent shopping experience every time. The store is bright, clean, and extremely well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. The product selection is impressive, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The Target Pickup service is equally exceptional. Orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and ready when promised. The pickup team is efficient and courteous, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The customer service representative was very rude and unprofessional, and the vendor I dealt with was equally bad. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I expect from a company like Target. It is honestly disappointing to see such treatment of customers. Shame on Target for hiring staff who lack basic manners, professionalism, and respect. Customer service should be helpful and courteous, not dismissive and rude.

BUYER be ware!!! I purchased items that had signs indicating if I bought $$ much. I’d get a gift card. Well….NO GIFT CARDS!!! I should have received a total of $20 in Target gift cards and did not. I brought my receipt in & asked for my gift cards. These Target gift cards are only for circle people. I am NOT a circle member and I am NOT EVER going to be after this! Of course, the checkout clerk didn’t tell me that either! 😡 I’ll spend my $629.78 cash elsewhere.

I had a very experience with a return at Target. Michael Trainer was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. He seemed disinterested in resolving my issue and made several dismissive remarks that were completely unnecessary. It felt like he wasn't listening to my concerns at all, which only added to my frustration. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Target, and I hope they address this behavior to prevent other customers from having similar negative experiences. 2023: This is so gross. Product Selection and Availability: 2. they had several things not available. As well as sizes. Quality: 0. Store Cleanliness and Organization: it looks nice and the outside too. Customer Service. I did wait 10 minutes when I had a question and ask all machines and no one came. Checkout experience. Good.

Usual target pricing. Store does not have large grocery section. Customer service was good in electronic Dept.

I return an item for Which I paid with my debit card. I find it ridiculous that if you don’t have the card with you, then the only option they give you is a gift card. I don’t want a gift card. I want my money back either in cash or reimbursed to my debit card.

Drove from Green bay to pick up a laptop when I got there I was told they don't have any physical stock and it was a mistake and order would be canceled. Got an email when I returned back to green bay stating the order was ready so I called to see what was going on. Spoke to manager who was extremely rude and could have cared less about it and was difficult to work with. Stay away from this store and go to wal mart.
