I'm guessing the HT company culture must be decent because these kids are always working so hard. They're helpful and knowledgeable, and overall the HT frequent shopper program treats me better as a customer than most other brands. I've visited 5 or 6 HT locations in 2025 and while they're all a bit unique they've all been good to shop at. Don't always expect fitting rooms, sometimes they use them for backstock instead.

Love this store!! I could spend hours browsing here. My only complaint is they need to display some of their cute outfits on the walls in bigger sizes. Not everyone is petite ☺️

I had picked out an entire wardrobe and went to checkout. The ladies refused to let me buy and were talking bad about my friend once he walked away to grab more stuff. Please get your workers under control.

This is a great place to get band merch and other random cool stuff. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for fun, interesting, and different things.

I've always loved this hot topic, but shout out to the girl that works there that offered my son her dragon ball z stickers! It is much appreciated!

Typical layout, however, there were 5 workers at the counter and not one of them said a word. I didn't bother looking around, and left.... This may be the norm here as I was traveling and spoiled to being "acknowledged" by workers back home
