The SoNo Collection

This is my favorite mall because it’s unlike all the others. It’s a peaceful, calm atmosphere and they have a good amount of stores. My faves are Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. I also love the fact that they allow pets! I don’t have one, but love seeing and petting everyone else’s. 😂

Nice mall that should not allow pets. Despite having a pet relief area, I was at the mall last week and witnessed a dog relieving itself on the carpet. The owner made no attempt to clean it but instead, just walked away. This is what you're stepping on when you walk through Sono Mall.

This place is amazing. We ate at Jacobs Pickles and it was delicious. Everything in this mall is clean and has a brand new feel to it. There is an abundance of parking, and you have the ability to use an app or a terminal. The bathrooms are spacious and clean and everything has a welcoming vibe.

Nice clean mall, carpet makes it quieter to walk around. Lots of indoor parking. Was our first visit, so the map Kiosks not working was a bummer! Just post a paper map for heavens sake, technology isn't always the answer. Parking app was a little confusing and didn't say how to get it validated (for refund?? So was around $8 to park). Daughter found a lot of clothes in reasonable price range, so that was good. Would visit again, and be more careful to remember where I parked!

Not a big fan of this mall. It’s too small and mind you-the parking situation is horrendous. The parking garage is so confusing and the arrows are not painted well. You can barely see the arrows. Also most cars go the wrong way because they are confused too. There is no good restaurants and for some reason the good ones keep getting shut down. Not a fan of this mall.

This mall is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, a quality rarely encountered on the East Coast. Sadly no complimentary parking, Connecticut is full on theft about taxing.

The place is cool. Nice for all ages got a bit of something for everyone decent food and good food. Decent stores and good stores. Just a balanced small mall
