I purchased Pokémon cards from the store earlier today and when I went home to open the product, it seems like someone beat me to it. The Charizard promotion box was missing a card and all the packages were resealed poorly. I have receipt And pictures also the product. When I went to return the product, Chriss the manager there informed me there’s nothing I can do and that I should call Pokémon… Perhaps maybe I can reach Professor Oak and ask him how come my package was opened . I’m pretty sure one of the employees there are opening and resealing packages. if the store owner is reading this, I would look at your employees. No one should feel ripped off leaving a store. I didn’t come there to gamble. I came there to buy a product. 200 dollars of hard earned money gone.

Cris and James gotta be the worst I’ve ever dealt with at GameStop. Rude, disrespectful, and can’t even respond to a simple "good afternoon." Basic manners, bro — it’s called education. Sold me a warranty with the whole "bring the controller as is" line, but when it’s time to honor it, it’s a whole different story. GameStop loves to talk big until it’s time to stand behind their word. Wild how loyal customers get lied to while they keep hiring people who can’t even say hello.

Went in to sell my PS5, Eduardo was nothing but rude the entire time. His body language said it all, he didn't want to be there. So after checking to see if my console was in working order he tells me they don't have enough cash to pay me in cash and that a mastercard was the best they could do. In top of all that he was going to lowball me with the buy price the Gamestop website said 210$ but he only offered 170$, what a ripoff, they need to hire employees that know what customer service is.

They have a lot of games from actual consoles, and toys of TV shows and videogames with high quality. Great service and comfortability all the time.

Very rude over the phone, and felt very rushy. Crazy thing is I never leave bad reviews 😭

Seem like this store will be the next to close can't ever trade in cause machine is down and the employees take pride in that , also they never answer phone now

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As well as extremely professional. It’s a good environment.
