Walmart Supercenter

I was expecting an order to be delivered. It was our dinner. I watched on the tracking app as the Magelan(driver) rode in circles AROUND our house. I tried texting and calling but no luck. Forty minutes I watch the driver not deliver my order. Then the driver pulled up in front of our house then drove off. Meanwhile, I’m texting them but no reply from Magellan. Ten more minutes go by and the driver pulls up in front of the house next door. It’s a vacation rental. Now I must fight strangers for our dinner. I shout to the driver to bring them to me but Magellan gets in his car and drives away. I take off my jewelry and head to the rental house. I saw them earlier. They have me in weight and age but we are HUNGRY! I shall fight for my family. After getting my clock cleaned, I call the store. I’m injured but the kids have their food. There is no answer at the store. So Magellan doesn’t answer his phone, the manager doesn’t answer the phone. I’m weak now. I must rest so that I may live to fight, I mean, do business with Walmart.

Good selection, and naturally, prices are solid. But in addition to making you ring yourself out, it never fails where half of the self service registers are out of order. Like EVERY time! It just can’t be this hard.

We learned so much about tea and how it’s grown. The tour was amazing and the guide had been there for years and knew everything about tea. He was actually a blender, but everyone fills in when needed. The whole operation is super impressive.

This is a great Walmart because I think a lot of people stay away because it's not one of their newer stores. Either that or it's just because it hides. Usually easy and easy out.

Never well stocked and looks dirty . Today it was 53 degrees and they had no carts inside around 4 pm. When I mentioned it to them because elderly people needed them they said it’s too cold and people can shop somewhere else. So that’s exactly what me and my family will do. Shop elsewhere where people aren’t too lazy to bring in carts. Meanwhile inside the store I saw aboit 10 associates just standing around. And 5 outside smoking weed. It wasn’t too cold to smoke a blunt but it’s too cold to bring in some carts? It’s not that cold what a ridiculous excuse for being lazy and horrible customer service

I’d give this Walmart a Zero if there was that option! I went on January 1st mid day to do a return and the customer service desk was closed due to lack of employees. I went back tonight January 5th at 6pm and the customer service are is closed again. This is ridiculous!!! On both days there was only one mgr. in the store who could do a return and she was busy both days….it was the same women mgr. both times I tried to do my return. Also, the Walmart parking lot tonight was pitch black. Over half to three quarters of the parking lot lights were not working. HUGE safety issue! I’m never going to that Walmart again.

I had a good experience at this Walmart Supercenter, which is the more northern of the two in Mount Pleasant. It's a very large shopping center and they have quite a lot of landscaping throughout, but walkways and cart corrals make it easy to be out of the traffic. Inside, the store is well stocked (at least for what I was seeking) and I had no trouble finding things. Self-checkout worked well and I was on my way swiftly. Restrooms were clean. I've reviewed over 200 Walmarts in the US and Canada. This one in Mount Pleasant is a good one.
