Rusty's Cool Guitars

Awesome shop! Fantastic gear, insane amps, great staff, extremely knowledgeable. Tuned up my Gibson Custom Shop LP for fantastic price, highly recommend!

They fixed my broken string for free! Didn’t even charge me for the replacement. Lovely people and this experience really made my day. Definitely come here for repairs. Thank you guys!!

This is an awesome guitar store. Excellent selection of new and used guitars and amps. The staff are very knowledgeable and super nice to customers. This is a gem of a music store and I highly recommend going there to look and play their merchandise!

The guys inside were awesome. Answered all my questions and helped me pock up what I needed without forcing stuff on me. Definitely will be visiting again.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, one of the guys and I were talking about funk chords and he said that a certain guitar would sound good and he let me try out a few different ones. I love that you can play any guitar and plug into any pedal to see what you naught like. Overall the coolest guitar store I’ve ever been to, definitely will be coming back!!!

Rusty's is a wonderful shop with great ownership and management. I am a hobbyist and was treated like I was a pro when I came in while vacationing in the area. The guitar selection ranges from very high end to quality budget models for folks like myself. Either way, they don't sell crap. I bought one electric guitar and exchanged it same day for an acoustic because I changed my mind. The manager Chris was great about it and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this shop.

My family and I had an amazing time here! We made a group trip whilst visiting Charleston over the holiday. Everyone that works here including ‘Rusty’ himself rolled out the red carpet. We got to hang, try all the guitars we wanted and enjoy a memorable experience. I bought a guitar I would have never thought about trying. This establishment has something for every level player and every price. It’s a beautiful store without any of the pretension you might expect walking into a custom shop. Go here. I know we will visit again. Highly recommended!
