Friendly attentive staff, and the raw milk was a life changer. My favorite purchase so far was the 2 year aged raw milk cheese. So flavorful, a little went a long way. They carry Burlap and Barrel single origin, uncut spices as well- which I used to have to order online and way too much at a time, and even then it was worth it. Happy to have a local supplier now. Looking forward to buying from them again soon.

Came for the sourdough but they have more than just food! Lots of local and organic options for toiletries. Small but each item is unique. Many of these items were sold in the Mount Pleasant farmers market.

The owner, Joanna, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the quality of products that are sold in her store. Locally owned is always a plus for me, but locally owned with a conscience about consumer goods gets a BIG high 5 from me! Locally sourced honey, Aunt Bea's Chicken Salad, island fruits & veggie and plenty of amazing body & personal care items on hand to keep you feeling your best! Find great gifts, essential oils, products made from essential oils, whole food supplements, and a great selection of teas here, among many other rotating seasonal selections. Perfect gift destination for co-workers and friends. Oh, and the aroma when you walk in the store is amazing! It's an aroma therapy session just shopping here! Good stuff! Our family loves Local Jos! We moved here from out of state and are so thankful to have found a local health foods/ supplement store that meets all our needs! Such a great little store with friendly, helpful staff. We drove out of our way to come here because they have tons of great brands and products. A lot of stuff that I’ve been wanting to try too! Worth the trip.
