I love this store so much! Everytime ive went there the workers are so nice and helpful! Also, i love how they talk to you about the things your buying i bought a lana del rey shirt and saniro! It was so cool to talk about someone who also love those things. My only complaint is the store is SO small, for the amount of inventory they have. They need a bigger store in the mall. But i love this store so much ive always had a good experience here. Also they have some amazing sales!

Hayden was very helpful with my purchase, and helped me make my girlfriends day perfect. The staff are always really friendly and there’s always fun stuff to check out.

I took my daughter here a few weeks ago. It isn't like I remembered it from when I was a teenager, but this was a smaller store than I went to back then as well. She liked it and has a wishlist going for the holidays.

Always have to stop in to see what's new, and we got greeted as normal and told all the deals. That's fine! But it was after this, while we were browsing the store, that we kept getting bugged every two seconds, and it's not like it's a big store either. It's small enough to see that someone had just asked us if we were ok. You dont have to check literally a minute later. It wasn't busy, and most of our max 7 minute stay, there were two, maybe 3 other customers. I even had some products in hand, almost ready to check out, when yet another person, for probably the 7th time, came up asking if they could look up our rewards while we were finishing deciding. We got fed up with the hovering and claustrophobic surroundings that i just put everything up and walked out without buying a thing. I've worked in retail, and checking up with the customers is fine. It's part of the job, but not breathing down the paying customer's neck. I'm very disappointed because there was a lot of good finds here, but I'd rather not be suffocated.

Busy Sunday yesterday and wanted to give a big shout out to Z/Zee who was working in the shop that day. Talked with my daughter about her favorite niche character right now and also provided some cool items. You made her day! Thank you! Staff was extremely helpful. Checked up with us a couple times. Knowledgeable about the deals and where to find specific product. Nice group on the shift.

They make clothing shopping way easier, also nice employees. Worst part is the prices,

Store is absolutely amazing. The team that works here is phenomenal. Ive encountered the Store Manager Chelsea and her 2 managers Cassie and Savannah and they have the best customer service skills I've seen in years. Always a pleasure shopping here and will definitely recommend them.
