Staff is friendly, but they push their subscription based membership too much. Also if you do get the subscription (free for the first month) and plan on canceling, cancel it immediately because it is a huge hassle. Call and email within the first week of getting it or else you'll end up paying the monthly premium.

As a vinyl collector I appreciate their selection of records, and they also have a lot of uniquely themed food and collectible items that are often hard or impossible to find in other types of physical stores. I enjoy coming here just to see what they have and usually end up leaving with an unexpected find. When their items go on sale/clearance the prices are pretty great. Overall I enjoy visiting and recommend to collectors or pop culture enthusiasts.

This store is a shadow of its former self. Most of the physical media that was in store is now online. Still a good selection but most items sold here can be purchased elsewhere thanks to streaming services. Most physical products can be purchased from their website. It felt like going through a ghost town when I walked through. Still a good store but its glory days are over. I feel it's going the way of Blockbuster video.

Cashier was pleasant! Not overly expensive... Just depends. Has cool anime merch and other things!!

The staff here is always very friendly when I come in. Store looks neat and they carry a really cool assortment of vinyls, t shirts, collectibles, and snacks.

Called and inquired about an item. They OFFERED to hold it for me. I arrive within an hour to pick up the item(s). I was told her associate sold them. Wonderful. Gas is expensive, and I wasted that, and my time, for nothing.
