Sorry hot topic for the review I got you mixed up with Spencer's! Y'all are always very helpful and friendly!
Great staff, very friendly! It was a Sunday so it was busy but other than that it was an overall great experience.
Love this store! Everyone is always so kind and helpful 😊
Got these awesome coffee cups here ! I got these here because i wanted to treat myself to the finer things in life....a decent coffee cup is a must for day to day success in your adulting !!
Staff could not tell me accurately why the item and second item where bogo$5 ,they told me the system was weird so I returned items bc I didn’t want to be charged more
Store Manager here is awesome. Seems like they try to keep the store clean and organized and everyone seems nice and helpful. I love how everyone there is so eccentric and friendly. I take my daughter in once a week and they always remember who we are. This location is so much better than any of the other locations we have been to.
I found tie dye jumbo freddy at hot topic today is very fun to collecting them.
