Toot'n Totum

I spend a lot of money at toot n totum in Lubbock. I’ve already voiced my opinion about walking in at 8 to 8:30 am each morning and not getting breakfast at pretty much any toot n totum. They are already putting lunch out by 9, but no one cares about my opinion. Anyway my complaint tonight is there is a homeless person at there location. The food person "Shawn" was emptying the food warmer. I said "are you throwing those away?" He stated yes. I was like there is a homeless person out there and he said I can’t. So don’t say that they were expired, as we know 1 more minute wouldn’t matter. I think it is wrong that you would rather throw food away instead of helping the needy. We don’t know their story. I will take my 125 to 150 a week I normally spend else where moving forward. There are plenty of Valero stations in Lubbock. If you can’t help the needy, then I’m not gonna pass your pocket either. I hope others will join me

Very nice place. The night shift gentleman I spoke with was very polite and very knowledgeable. The store is well stocked and well organized. The exterior is well lit.

My husband went and to pay for gas. Got a receipt and after arguing with the checker from one to another. They only allowed him to get $20. And they didn't pay for the rest. Very unlikely to go there. This place is horrible. Customer service is unreal.

Never have fresh pizzas and the when they do have some they are overcooked from sitting too long.

This store has some of the nastiest drinks and is always out of stuff like lids and cups or straws

Bathroom was dirty, forgot my wallet in a stall 8/4/2025 , several hundred dollars in it. All cuz I needed to change my tampon. Nobody to answer phone. Oh yea no soap to wash my hands

They do not maintain their pumps here. Came in my brand new 3 day old Corvette and their pump does not shut off when the tank is full. It kept pumping and overfilled my tank and spilt gasoline all over the side my car causing my car to smell like gasoline and messed up my clear coat on a brand new car. Their response was "We are really sorry". Maybe maintain your pumps so your not causing damage to peoples vehicles. Do not recommend this gas station unless you want to stand there waiting on their slow pumps the whole time. If you get in your vehicle to wait, the pump will overflow
