I decided to swing by Circle K with a simple mission: to purchase a diet Dr Pepper and a vitamin water. Little did I know, this visit turned into a surreal comedy of errors! As I approached the checkout counter, I noticed three employees standing around, seemingly locked in a mesmerizing staring contest. Now, I'm no expert in employee dynamics, but having just one register in operation might be a tad insufficient, wouldn't you. I found myself contemplating life's grand mysteries while waiting—like why aliens haven't made contact yet or whether pigs can fly. Oh, and did I mention the eerie silence? I half-expected to hear the distant sound of banjos playing, as if I had stumbled into the set of a twisted horror movie! Finally, when I thought I had been forgotten in the land of the forsaken, an employee sauntered over to the register. Ah, what a delight it was to witness their complete lack of enthusiasm and customer service skills! They seemed to have mastered the art of rudeness and obnoxiousness, effortlessly offending multiple customers with their charm. If you're seeking an adventure straight out of a bizarre alternate dimension, look no further than Circle K Lake Elsinore.

* DO NOT USE YOUR MOBILE COUPONS HERE FOR CIGARETTES!! Their scanners never work properly when scanning the coupon and then you loose your coupon and CANNOT USE IT AGAIN!! The cashiers and managers then will REFUSE to honor the value of the coupon even though it hey saw the valid coupon counting down!! I unfortunately have lost a total of 9 coupons here with a value of $3 off a pack of American Spirit (which they ONLY GIVE 1COUPON A YEAR!)and the rest of the 8 coupons lost to Circle K being $2 off a pack for Marlboro and Camel !! I’m so over this. They’re are down the street from me so it was convenient but I’m tired of loosing $ and they tell me they won’t do anything about it!!

Great neighborhood store. Fast and friendly. AND GAS IS .50 CHEAPER A GALLON. THAN THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LAKE, SERIOUSLY. 12/25/25 8:00am So I'm amending this post because of the things I've witnessed, and my own personal experience. So I live less than a block from this store, and I have for 12 years. In the last year, it has become very apparent to the neighborhood, that the store manager, PERSONA, is possibly, the most UNFRIENDLY, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL employee I've ever seen here. You will soon be receiving videos from numerous residents, including myself. Our use of the phone, has BEEN IGNORED. I myself have seen him, physically throw a lady, Tracy Parra 67 years old, out of the store, because her little service dog accidently made her spill her coffee. I personally had to listen to him raise his voice at a homeless person, and called the police on this gentleman, while using foul language. Supposedly the man had stole a chips or something, like 3 years prior. And the gentleman had just spent $23 in the store. And then Persona lied to police, and told them that the man was loitering. Well the city ordinance, in this town is only 7 minutes, and the police were there in four minutes, and the man was not even finished with his coffee and donuts yet. He talks to employees, as if they were slaves in a third world country. Demeaning them, reprimanding them in front of customers, and threatening to fire them, and if he had to make something up, he would. He has purposely, had the AIR SND WATER TURNED OFF. DO THAT THE HOLELESS PRRSONS IN THE AREA CANT FIC THEIR BICYCLE TIRES OR 2ASH THEIR HANDS. AND HAVING FREE AIR AND WATER IS A MANDITORY LAW HERE IN CALIFORNIA, SO HES BREAKING THE LAW. PEOPLE PULL IN THEIR CARS TO GET AIR ON A LOW TIRE. AND INSTEAD OF GETTING AIR IN THEIR TIRE, THE "BROKEN" MACHINE, DRAINS THE REST OF THE AIR OUT, AND NOW THERE STRANDED. IVE SEEN THIS 15 TIMES MYSELF. ITS BEEN HOING ON FOR A YEAR NOW. So I'm too upset to be having to do this on Christmas, but that's the only free time I got, and it's that important. See you at the home office, cause that's where we are headed.

Great place for a gas station, with competition nearby to keep prices low. Clean air-conditioned mini-mart/indoor cashier with friendly competent staff. Easy in and out of lot onto Grand Avenue. Near Ortega Highway for your gas-up before you head over the hills to Orange County.

Prices are good , employees are trash especially the big dude with glasses 😂 he should stick to his other introverted job at Costco

3 employees, 1 register operating, customers lined up waiting . This store is consistently inconvenient for its customers. This location needs a make-over and personnel change. Clearly the vision for this location is flawed and no awareness of the systemic opportunities. This location will not change until there is an acknowledgement of poor vision or execution of what works in successful stores.
