Hot Topic

A big shout out to Store Manager Lina! (If she is not the store manager, she should be.). She really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I had not been in a Hot Topic in about 7 years! She pointed out the current deals, got me signed up with an account prior to my first purchase, so I would begin obtaining points toward any future purchases. Hot Topic current promotions are phenomenal. Lina truly made me feel like an honored guest, all the while training a new hire, "Brad" who was also exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I am grateful I made these connections today, because this store is in a relatively small town and every friendly face I meet just adds to further quality interactions. Hot Topic is still FIRE! My youngest turned 18 and She wanted to go to Hot Topic. That's My Daughter! The cashier that day realized it was her birthday and made her feel extra Special with a Birthday Gift and extra discount. Thank You!!!

Great store!!! Def A bit pricey ($20 got me a claw clip & a button pin) but other than that it’s great!

Haven’t been in one of these for about a decade but it’s pretty much the same ole place. Tons of tshirts, goth, anime, etc.

I always feel well taken care of when I am shopping at the Hot Topic in Lake Elsinore. It is a great store with a lovely staff! It's larger than most Hot Topic stores and very well organized. There is a good selection at discounted prices. The employees in this store are genuinely kind and very helpful. I know that they take pride in their work, as I walked around and saw how well everything was attended. I observed merchandise being tidied, calls being quickly answered and addressed, totes offered to customers with bulky items in their arms (me included, lol!), information and assistance offered, and not in a scripted or pushy way, either. They were pleasant and friendly and really wanted to be helpful. I heard gratitude expressed from other shoppers and saw many people in the store with smiles on their faces. I highly recommend this store.

I had an amazing experience at Hot Topic thanks to Nikki and her incredible team. From the moment I walked in, they were super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Nikki and her staff made me feel like I was chatting with good friends rather than just shopping. They were knowledgeable about the merchandise, quick to offer help, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether it was helping me find a specific item or recommending something new, they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. And they finally had squirtle merch! You can really tell they care about their customers and the vibe of the store. I left feeling appreciated and excited to come back. It's not like it was 20 yes ago that's for sure. They have more anime than anything. It wasn't like this before. Daughter liked it, had very few STRANGER THINGS items that's what she wanted. I was told to look online. Service was a 5.
