Overall good experience. Went in to purchase a gift card for my granddaughter. Waited at register for someone to recognize I was waiting. A girl emerged from the back area and let out a loud belch on way to to register. I pretended not to notice, but it was note worthy for sure! Otherwise everything was as you'd expect.

Had a great experience. Store was well organized and staff were kind. Maddy was very sweet and helpful.

They are nice and even gave me a coupon. I would recommend to go there if your gothic themed or similar to that style.

Went to pick up an order and stood under the sign that said mobile pick up order. Two employees were right under the sign, so I stood behind them. They were too busy talking to help me. Once the lady ringing up a customer finished and turned around and saw me, she helped. Well the item I purchased was a little big, I noticed they had the same one in store, just a smaller size so I exchanged it. They acted like I was inconveniencing them to exchange the item and tried not honor the online price I gave for it. All around this hot topic had rude employees(where did the southern hospitality go?). I won't return.

Excellent deals!!! They are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful and informative. went there for Christmas and found some of the very best deals, plus was informed that if I purchase a $50 gift card you get another $10 gift card free!!! Also was given a bunch of coupons for even bigger savings. Will definitely be back. Great work Hot Topic.

Too Small, a little too dark inside and too CROWDED! BUT... the Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The store had some fantastic choices on what my Granddaughter was looking for. Would definitely return for more gifts. 🎁
