Walmart Supercenter

Very unfriendly and not Unfortunately, my experience was not good this time. The workers near the entrance and the self-checkout area were very unfriendly and came across as unprofessional. Simple questions felt like an inconvenience, and the attitude made the visit uncomfortable. Walmart is usually convenient and efficient, but customer service really matters—especially at the door and self-checkout, where interactions happen most. I hope management provides better training and emphasizes basic courtesy, because it would make a big difference in the overall shopping experience.

Bad service, bad attitude of workers and store manager/Ruby, Massage to Management : Please retire and leave your positions to someone deserve and understand dispute resolution!

To Walmart Delivery: we had an order scheduled for last night. We got a notification saying it was pushed out multiple hours so we rescheduled for this morning between 9-11am. The driver (I didn’t know he was the driver at that point) showed up at 11am and sat in his car for 15mins and then drove off (I have it on ring camera). An hour later we got a notification saying the delivery was attempted but couldn’t be completed (now I realized that was the driver). Driveway is clear. Zero reason why the groceries couldn’t be delivered. I tried to call a few times but no one answers, and the app says the delivery is rescheduled for 8:40pm. Did he take them home? Anyways. Wanted to inform you about your employees running the clock.

I came in Saturday evening and a young lady named rosee was so sweet and nice to my grandmother.. I believe she told me she was from the Southern area and I definitely could tell everything was yes ma'am and no ma'am we sure don't get that up here at ALL.. YOUNG LADY YOU'RE AWESOME GIVE HER A RAISE AND PROMOTE HER! THAT BEAUTIFUL SMILE MADE AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE WILL TAKE YOU SO FAR NEVER CHANGE. CONTINUE TO SPREAD LOVE AND POSITIVE ENERGY YOUNG LADY

For the stores size and customer volume, they are busy most days. they keep well stocked clean and organized, the produce section is great when well stocked same with bakery 3 stars because the customer service from employees on The floor and at the Register is especially the self-service is not very good they behave awkward and non attentive with a clear intent to do as minimum as possible with exception of a few individuals

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. The employees are always rude and never helpful. They don't even speak English so forget it if you need help with anything. Oh, and I can't forget to mention being accosted by junkies as soon as you step foot outside the store after shopping. I will never shop at this location again.

It's a good market to buy food or toys, but don't buy electronics there. Every time I buy something I have problems. I had problems with a Nintendo Switch, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. I don't buy anything electronic there anymore.
