Dollar General

I got there right before they were closing and they did not let me in because they had already closed the doors at 9:40pm. I needed tolit paper I always come to this store and get great service but the fact that I couldn't get essentials there and had to go elsewjere just because they want to close early I always spend money with this dollar general. You would think they would be understanding instead not they did not care at all.

This place has polite staff but they never are aware of what’s in stock & often times don’t speak English very well, I also notice it is extremely difficult to walk through aisles anytime I visit because they somehow are always restocking stuff but leave the carts in the aisles creating no room for customers to walk many times. Also this store has never ever matched the online inventory selections but that might be all DG stores the way it seems. Also although some of the workers can be friendly a lot of them don’t understand what most items are or where they would be and always have to rely on someone else whenever I’m there. They also lie about shipment days. Wish there was better management team I’m 2 minutes away & have gone fairly often but try to avoid it if I can as it’s not convenient whatsoever

Really bad costumer service, this store is terrible!!! Employees they attack you for a simple question or request for help.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION I WAS ATTACKED BY AN EMPLOYEE IN THE PARKING LOT TONIGHT ON HALLOWEEN NIGHT I CALLED THE EMPLOYEE OUT FOR THEM LOCKING THE DOORS at 9:40 WHEN THE STORE HOURS ARE CLEARLY STATED AT 10PM I TOLD THE EMPLOYEE HE WOULD LOSE HIS JOB OVER THIS AND HE PROCEEDED TO STRIKE MY VEHICLE AND PULL OUT MACE ON ME ATTEMPTING TO SPRAY ME AS I WAS DRIVING OFF AND THIS IS SOMETHING THAT THEY DO EVERY NIGHT CLOSE THE STORE EARLY AND LOCK THE DOORS 20-30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CLOSING HOURS I REPEAT BUYER BEWARE THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE AND SELF CENTERED AND DONT CARE ABOUT COMPANY PROTOCOL DO NOT SHOP HERE

The workers at this store are extremely rude and unprofessional. The store is always dirty and if you’re in need of anything they’re guaranteed to be out of stock as they never replenish their shelves. Shop elsewhere unless you like rude service and ppl!! Never going to this store again
