Walmart

Small Walmart with a limited selection. Almost no fresh foods in the grocery section, only dairy and lunch meats. They have a reasonable selection of bedding and car maintenance supplies.

As.a consultant I know I can rely on Walmart to have the essentials that I need and the brands I want. The associates at this store have always been friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the can machine outside does not take spindrift cans so I need to go to customer service

No commercial parking!! Not even as a customer!!! What happened when Covid was a thing.. EVERYONE PRAISING TRUCKERS!!!!And look at ya now. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I usually don’t leave reviews, but checkout was a nightmare. There’s no tap-to-pay (which is insane for a retail shop of this scale in 2026…), and their QR payment failed and then got reversed ("merchant returned payment" on my bank). The total was around $200 and I was shopping out of state, so maybe their risk system didn’t like it, but either way I couldn’t pay. I ended up asking people nearby if I could Zelle them and have them pay with a physical card. Some agreed, and their payments didn’t go through either (for the same reason, apparently transaction got flagged as fraudulent), so it wasn’t just my bank. Finally, it worked after a couple of attempts, thanks God. Employees were polite but basically passive and didn’t offer any real workaround. I had a full cart and a big purchase so I was not going to come back the next day to redo everything. If you don’t have a physical card on you, don’t count on being able to pay here. Wasted about an hour of my time.

Was very busy, couldn't really get around in the riding carts the ppl who have blue vests working there several times even looking right at me refused to help me or even acknowledge my question in the men's department.we couldn't wait to get out of there no register open with a cashier .over all bad experience and won't return to Hadley ma location again.

Alejandro was such an amazing worker. He helped me and my friends immensely. He should be promoted to manager immediately if you ask me.

Walmart is generally hit or miss. They either have the things you need and the people to help (or who want to help) or there are long lines at the registers. It also depends on which store you go to and at what time of day. They have decent things at reasonable prices most of the time.
