Target

Same as every other target except that the line to check out is unheard of. There is absolutely no management.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. This store has a good enough selection and decent prices, but it is negated by just how awful the checkout experience is. Everytime I have gone here in the last year plus, at least one of the self checkout machines is down. It's embarrassing. I also find it ridiculous that there's a supposed self checkout item limit but nobody around to ever check on it. If the self checkout is too busy, surely the typical checkout lines are better. But nope! For a store that has 8 or 10 checkout lines, one or maybe two is open. Parts of other checkout lines are messes because it seems understaffed. And that's the other issue, for a store that is surrounded by tens of thousands of college students, many of whom need or want a job, there's never anyone working almost. There are so many empty registers and nobody around to work there? Good luck waiting in line on certain days or during holiday season!

Most shelves are empty. Isles are blocked off by this mountain of boxes and I didn't find half of the stuff I wanted. Honestly Target is nothing like what it used to be.

I needed help in the electronic section and Jacob and Gabriela showed up to help me check out a headset. They were very kind and helpful on the product details and return policy. The clothing however, is not very neat, some sections are nice however.

I have been trying to reach someone by phone all evening regarding a pick up order and no one answers. Rings an absurd amount of times and then disconnects. This has happened no less than 6 times. I understand its the holidays, however, not to answer the general store customer service line is a problem. Only shop at this store which is further away as they tend to have a better stock of items.

New management needed asap.. I've never seen such a mess of a dressing room. Carts on carts of clothing and absolutely no place to stand in the dressing rooms without stepping on merchandise. There is absolutely NO WAY employees have time to restock all of this... Management needs to take responsibility. It goes without saying the place is understaffed.

Lower prices than a lot of the nearby grocery stores, but why are there never any bags or open registers? 🥲 I can never buy anything here because I don't have any way to carry it home. The staff always seem super overworked/understaffed too 🙁
