Li's Asian Market

Ignoring how insanely expensive they are, I just bought natto from there today, it was in the refrigerator section (even though it says "keep frozen, use within 2 days of thaw" on it), figured maybe they just put it in there, I plan on eating it tomorrow anyways. Get home, I look at the expiration, and its over a month expired... Opened it up, totally spoiled. Pay attention to your food, you guys are seriously going to get someone sick. (Photo "best by date" in Japanese August 23, 2025... today is September 29th- see receipt). I live an hour away, otherwise Id go back and say something.

Has improved over the last few months by expanding their business into a portion of Hot Wok restaurant. Prices seems fair on most prepackage products, frozen goods, and drinks.

This place is neat. A small Asian market, hot wok and sweet day teas and coffees. Don't pass up the ive cream. It was worth it.

I've been going here for years. Love how they try to keep up with trends you see on tiktok or any social media platform. Currently purchase them pouch drinks. Cannot wait to try them out.

I live on the other side of town, so World Market and Safeway are where I go for most Asian ingredients. However, when I need something specific, I come here. Dumpling wrappers, hot pot ingredients, doubanjiang for mapo tofu. The selection is limited, but it's the only place in Flagstaff to get some things.

If you’re used to Asian markets across Cali, NY, Seattle or any other major cities with large Asian populations, you will be absolutely shocked at the prices this place charges. Pack of noodles like buldak and shin ramen going for almost $20, even 5 pack indomie selling for almost $10. Maybe their costs are high because they are in the mountains and close to Sedona, but this is really disappointing for genuine customers and not just locals looking for some exotic one-off purchase of Asian staples.

Ate at the Hot Wok restaurant for an evening meal and was served the worst Asian food I have ever had … incredibly bland, no discernible seasoning and had an upset stomach until the next morning. Took a look at the market while waiting for my meal. They sell some frozen items, but most highly processed sweets, noodles and pantry items. If you’re used to a big Asian market with lots of choice, this will disappoint you. Nothing fresh, no produce or meats. A very disappointing visit.
