This store has three worst customer service of any convenience store in town. They don't even answer questions about their products if you can even find an employee without earbuds being used on their shift. Done with this business.

As a nomadic (traveling & self employed) family, we will never step foot back into Flagstaff, AZ after our experience with this store + a few others nearby. My husband & I have been driving for weeks now, stopping into a few towns along the way & working before heading back out - we decided to stop into flagstaff for a day or two to make some money & take a bit of a break from the road. We had came into this same Circle K many times during our visit to purchase gas & drinks - my husband has even had friendly conversations with the employees as he always does EVERYWHERE we go. Last night, my husband and I were beyond exhausted from working for 2 days straight, and because he couldn't keep his eyes open anymore, we pulled into circle k as we had about another 1.5 hours until our deposit hit our account. We planned on getting gas & drinks before heading out towards proper sleeping arrangements before we headed to our next destination. I guess we should have risked falling asleep at the wheel and hurting ourselves & others instead of getting ourselves off the road asap because of what that blue haired employee did to us was UNCALLED for. Apparently, my husband & I dozed off while waiting for our deposit to hit & we were awoken by a swat team of emergency responders - we thought we were being raided by a swat team of police. We were told by emergency responders that they received a call from a random customer stating they thought we were overdosing in our vehicle. We knew this was a lie. We explained to them that we were low on fuel, and couldn't keep our eyes open on the road anymore, so we pulled over into a near gas station while we waited another hour for our deposit to hit so we COULD go on about our way. We were OBVIOUSLY not on drugs or under the influence! After the emergency responders were satisfied and left, we were still in shock & weren't fully awake yet. We moved our truck over as we tried to collect ourselves and see if our deposit had hit our account before we googled mapped our next location. The blue haired employee comes charging towards us while screaming at us "you can't sleep here!" Among some other truly nasty words towards us as if we were scum of the earth. And she basically admitted she was the one who made the phone call & said she was "concerned" ... No, we knew this was also a lie because we had literally just had a conversation with her a few times now while we had been in town. We aren't homeless & we aren't addicts. We are traveling business owners. We've contacted our attorney along with a few other agencies regarding that blue haired employees behavior towards us & her KNOWINGLY making false reports against us. Like I said, I guess next time, we will just fall asleep at the wheel due to there not being anywhere safe to stop. After this experience, I can't blame those who end up killing someone because they fell asleep at the wheel - I blame the ones like the blue haired employee who make sure no one can pull over safely in order to prevent a deadly accident. She would rather falsely accuse us of overdosing in our vehicle AFTER she had just spoken to us - she stated she tried to wake us up - she did not - we had our windows halfway down. She TARGETS people. This employee will most likely be contacted by our attorney over this incident!

Circle K has the Amazon Locker Box, unfortunitly the AI program that operates at this location had used the actual address instead of my original instruction of taking advantage of they're locker access which is a 3rd party vendlor contracted to this address(24 hour Circle K Gas Station, Flagstaff, AZ.). To correct the error I took it upon myself to contact one of the Circle K. Night Leads, and had aplologized to the Sore. I informed them of the misundsrstanding and permitted the staff to contact my mobile number directly, and the Lady working on the night of August 26th, 2025, who presented her title as, "One of the night Managers on duty", had confirmed my number, and even took my name down, so that when the two Amazon deliveries make a 2nd attempt to deliver, that the Manager and, or staff on duty; they will contact me directly once one or both deliveries arrive(2nd attempt). This will offer me, the customer, the assurrance that Circle K Management had followed through by making an acception this time, thus as I am writing this review, I am also taking them at the're word, however I will zhow my gratitude by arriving there, prior to this taking place, and once The Amazon Driver arrives to make this second attempt, I will intervine, with my identification on hand, and in person. That being said, As and expert guide, with thousands of followers and even more views, I will present an honest rating depending on how this misunderstanding plays out. For now, I offer 5 stars, as the Lady working as the night manager had showed a great level of hospitality, and went above hsr job description, and she seemed to have good intent, offerring me relief at the time of our phone conversation(11:02 PM), on the evening of August 26th, 2025. I believe in treating others as you would want others to treat you, and now anyone keeping up with this review, will find out if the Management of Circle K, at 1950 S. Milton Rd. in Flagstaff, AZ., keeps they're word to the Customer, in which this would be an asset to this paticular location. The delievery attempt will be made for the 2nd time, and both pakages are being monitered,due to arrive between 9 am and 6 pm, on August, 27th, 2025. One can onky hope that the Customer, of both this store, and Amazon itself, might be shown some digniry, as this is Customer Oriented, and also an exceptable circumstance, one in which Amazon Delivery Services and Circle K might gain the loyalty and trust of the consumers, especially people like myself, who will go above and beyond to ensure good and honest buisness practices still exist in our local communities today. That being made perfectly clear, and wirhout bias, I would like to see how this unique situation turns oyt on the 27th of August, 2025. I am strong on good buisness prsctices, and I believe that there are many more honest,hard working, decent consumers; and more so, I can onky hooe that other American Patriots and Former Military serviceman such as mysrlf, we would find a since of hope that still remains upon the face of this Nation. American Soil carries great respinsiblity, and some of us who love our nation, and it's hard working felkow Americans, we would be reminded that working together for the common good of the people, that even the smallest of good acts, while appearing as trivial on the surface, these are the building blocks of democracy, human rights, and those freedoms that we often take for granted. I believe that while my review is written out in great detail, it matters, not because I am any more of wortg then the next person, but because every person who is determined enough to achieve great things, perhaps this would encourage such people, and thar in itself plays a great role, esoecialky in our society today. I stand on every word of this review, so that it may even prove that in our country, it only takes an honest voice to be made known, so that by one act of something as simole as a hand shake or the phone conversation I had with this Employee at Circle K, may remind others who need to be reminded that they are not alone😇

Met the most beautiful goth queen here working behind the counter in 2017, almost made me stay and risk it all

The woman's bathroom is absolutely disgusting! Blood on the wall. Toilet paper stuck to the wall for over two months now.

Got a couple sandwiches and coffee. Coffee was good, but i made it so... The first sandwhich(sausage egg and cheese bisquit), the bisquit was a little underdone. The second(bacon egg and cheese bagel), the bagel was hard and unchewable, the "bacon" was a super thin slice i could see through it. I tossed the bagel and forced down the bisquit. It is a gas station so I shouldnt have expected more
