K MOMO Official Store

No acknowledgement of us in store. Didn’t ask if we needed help. When we asked for fitting room, we were told there was only 1 fitting room, when there was clearly 3. We were told my daughters had to take turns trying on clothes and only 3 items at a time. When my 2nd daughter waiting in line, went in to try her clothes, 2 older girls were irritated and paced back and forth behind me while huffing, puffing and pressuring us. It’s stressful enough shopping for young teen girls and because of the fitting room experience it made it far more rushed and stressed. Never should it be like that for a mall store where you spend that kind of $$ on clothes. When we went to check out, I had to lean over a huge bench pushed out away from counter. I asked if this was where I was supposed to check out if the bench was supposed to be there. She said it was properly measured that anyone could bend over and reach. Sorry but that’s is absolutely not true for older people or those with bad backs. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! She already had a huge plexiglass in front of her counter, so no need for a dangerous hazard of a bench sticking far out. Disgusted… we will NOT be back.

Since moving here I can’t find a store aside from target and Walmart that sells the kind of clothes I like to wear but thanks to k-Mimi for exisisting they have everything I wear and more! I was especially impressed when I saw they sold lashes! And not just plain Jane lashes, they have beautiful dramatic lashes! Super happy to have found this store🥰

Terrible service. I saw the backpack I wanted in the store through the glass, so my time in the store should have been short and quick. The staff seemed more concerned with hanging out and taking selfies than service. The cashier also failed to take off the security tags so I had to drive all the way back to the mall and have it done. A different cashier helped me and was very skeptical of taking off the tag despite my receipt stamped with their location and the time of purchase being less than an hour before. Finally, the original girl came over and she was very rude and said that I should have told her to remove it while I was in the store the first time. I ended up returning the item and asking for a refund at which point she said that was "dramatic." I asked to see a manager at which point she flung off her nametag and even cussed me out. I left and ended up getting in touch with the mall's management to explain the situation. The woman was very kind and apologetic and eventually, I got a very canned apology from K Momo.

Horrible customer service, I'm talking about the short lady named Nelsy. She had horrible attitude, seemed like she got annoyed when my husband and I needed her to open the fitting room. Plus she kept trying to walk away when I was still asking her for help. Other girl was nice and seemed like she was pulling all the work. Anyways Kmomos she reevaluate Nelsys customer service....

The manager was rude, when I went back to possibly get an exchange or refund if I didn't find anything, she complained about the pants being dirty when I bought them like that and never took them out of the bag once I got home, I realized I wanted less expensive pants. The manager exchanged my jeans and failed to tell me I couldn't get the rest of the amount back on my card which would of been helpful because I would of just went somewhere else that would of been more helpful and less rude.

Not like every other k momo this one is small and carries more Korean drink, face, items then clothing. Had to make a return in this store and the lady was pushy towards me exchanging for the correct size

When you're on a budget and forget to pack your clothes. K-Momo has your back. Thanks for the clerk for being nice and cute. 😉
