Target

This target is one of the top 3 shopping locations in a 100+ mile radius. The selection is massive and the store is managed well. My only gripe is that there are times when items aren't stocked because the place is so busy, which makes sense. All around a great target location "super target" as well as a great resource for the EC community.

The store itself is fine, but from a customer experience standpoint, a ways to go... If the choice is to only staff two checkout lanes, how can it also be that both self-checkout lanes are not open at all times? A comical annoyance that results in it being an unnecessary time sink when shopping here.

Made a quick stop in for a few drink items. Lots of Kombucha drink options in the produce department. Due to the thanksgiving holiday there were lots of people, but the the checkouts went pretty smooth. Friendly staff at checkouts.

This target was the absolute best. I was entertained for quite a while, I must say. The workers were very friendly and assisted me with anything I needed help with. This target is very clean and has basically anything you would want. It exceeded my expectations!

It's always the same thing here. Stop in for a few things in the evening. Not a single staffed register open, regardless of what time it happens to be. 20 people in line for the one set of self checkouts they have open. (The other set is always closed.) Customer service is always rude about opening a register. If I have to work to convince a place to let me buy something from them, it just isn't worth it. [I wish I had a better picture to show how far the line for self checkout extended back in the perpendicular aisle, but I try not to photo people without their permission, and I would have needed to get permission from a very large number of people.] The funniest part is that tonight one of the staff was explaining to a customer how they have a huge problem with theft because the self checkouts are right in front of the doors and people just walk on out without paying. And their solution is...only have self checkouts and frustrate their customers waiting in line for 10 minutes to scan their own items. Brilliant. (Not actually brilliant.) We pretty much only shop here now when we were unfortunate enough to receive a Target gift card from somebody.

Coming from Az I was super excited to shop at a mega target !!!!! They even have pizza …geeze I’ve missed out all these years . They were out of quite a bit but all in all huge . The Starbucks staff was super nice and friendly and my coffee was amazing .

Amazing and kind service! Kathy went above and beyond to help me find the wearer size I wanted! I felt so bad interrupting her work, but she was so optimistic and kind and looked in multiple places just for the sweater! She’s amazing! The lady who helped me check out, I don’t remember who, but she was also so kind, nearly folded my clothes, and gave me the best smile! Great experience!
