There is only ever one guy there when we go, so I think he's the manager, But he deserves a shout out! His customer service is excellent! He always hooks my kiddos up with whatever freebies they have. They love going here and it's always been a wonderful experience.

My friend and I were shopping, but there was a major issue with purchasing in-store product and online product. We were there for a while trying to resolve the issue. The store manager, Miguel, displayed excellent customer during the whole issue. He made sure that we'd get all of our discounts and gave us an extra discount for our trouble. I appreciated that he fought to ensure that we were taken care of. Truly puts the customer first! Thank you Miguel!

I love shopping here however my only complaint is that majority of the things I wanted online aren't sold in their store.There was a Machine Gun Kelly tee I really wanted and my mom asked about it. One of the workers basically said they don't sell it because hes not big enough or well known enough.Even though he has a song in the top 20 on billboard right now. Ive never really had any problems here and the workers are realy nice for the most part.

Cool place. Employees are chill, not pushy. Maybe some people need their hands held while shopping, but I like to browse without being bothered. Nice funko selections too
