Use their substation to mail out a package was told the box I was using was completely fine. Once it almost got to my destination, a different post office phone a second barcode and they ended up sending it back to me. I then had to pay basically $20 to ship my package or Rylee United States just to be sent back to me without it being reimbursed. I recommend if anyone’s shipping anything use anywhere else but this place.

This is by far the worst Festival foods I have visited in years - This is by far one of the worst grocery stores I have visited in a very long time. Their entire fresh produce section (if you can even call it that) looks like it hasn't been touched in over a week. I went to talk to talk to a shift lead and I've heard nothing but excuses to make me happy in order to have me not make the reviews for this. They did bring out a fresh cart of produce which was also fairly lack luster. I wouldn't feed the wild rabbits in my backyard the produce they put out here. As for the rest of their products, it seems they strive to be fairly up to par, they don't sleep shelves stocked well, half the workers are there for a paycheck while a few I did encounter were very nice and did genuinely seem to enjoy working there.

I shopped the Festival on Birch st yesterday. This morning I realized I had left a container of coffee creamer in a bag at self check out. I went tonight to buy another on as it was my fault l, Kaylee at the service desk recognized me and asked if I had left one here yesterday. I told her I had but it was my mistake, she went above and beyond and said no need to pay for it twice ! Such a great person and asset to the company.

Atmosphere and people are good. Cost of product compared to Woodman's is considerably more. Sunday hot ham and turkey are worthy of a purchase!

I really started disliking both festival food stores in Eau Claire when the organic produce got mixed in with everything else and didn’t get to have its own area… i’ve complained about it a couple times and have just been holding out, hoping they would put it back to how it used to be. Now every time I come here the organic selection gets even more limited, especially in the produce section. So much of it is in plastic. Overpriced too.

I don't love the prices here because they are higher than other grocery stores in town, but every time we go there because it is closer to our home and it's convenient, the banter with the staff is wonderful and we absolutely love them. Shout out to Bonnie and Tom, the deli staff and bakery staff are also lovely and we've had great interactions with the cashiers too. Top tier hiring
