Jan 20th 2026 Walmart... we should get an employee discount because we sure have to do WORK, work someone used to get paid for. Unload the stuff, bag your stuff- with the bags supplied by the customer, who doesn't LOVE the phasing out of regular checkout lanes, with a cashier for yet MORE SELF CHECKOUT lanes. So more work for the customer THEN (and perhaps why im so twisted about it) they didnt correctly apply my $3 coupon for Cascades version of jet dry. It was almost $7. The ONLY reason I bought that size and brand was because I had a THREE DOLLAR COUPON. We talked about it (at check out and I believe a new cashier took over after my sale was completed She told me she took the coupon off when I checked my receipt (some supplies were purchased for people other than myself, hence the receipt check when I had time today) I was in checkout lane 3, 16.41.27 is the time on my receipt. $333.52 was the sales total. Ref: U589u6413202 I know its only $3 but the point of the fact of the matter is, I should have received my coupon discount... Sigh Dian Barkley

I love the Pick Up & Delivery like I do at City Market had a couple issues on items I ordered that were supposed to be here in a couple of days and 20 something days later does the Sun if they weren’t coming so they refunded me the money but that wasn’t Walmart. That was a seller through Walmart

Naomi that works in as Walmart delta Colorado online shoppers that bring out groceries for pick up is a really awesome hard-working gal who goes out of her way to correct mistakes on orders that other people make she’s very kind and considering and always respectful thank you for all the hard work you do and your kindness above all never stop being amazing

Its a Walmart. Kind employees. Check your groceries after a pick up though there is a good chance your bread is under the cans. I guess its the price you pay for not doing it yourself lol.

The incompetency of the employees at this Walmart was astounding. I had ordered a whole beef tenderloin to pick up. When I arrived, the order was magically "completed," yet I had never interacted with an employee or received the tenderloin. It doesn’t take a lot of critical thought to realize one of the employees mistakenly gave my order to someone else. The problem is that none of the employees put a significant effort forward to remedy the issue, even 50 minutes after explaining the problem to them. I ultimately had to go in to customer service and haggle with the employees there just to get a refund. A word of advice: avoid pick up at the Walmart here, or even better, go to a different store altogether. There are better ways to waste your time, energy, and money than at this Walmart.

What is with the cashiers? My husband is loading the conveyor, the cashier ringing up the items and I’m packing….,It’s like a race to shove all our products thru the register at the point that our purchases starts falling their small packing area. I mention that this is not a race, I have packed bags sitting on the floor, trying to keep up with the cashier because of the lack of room on the packing table. The least she could do is maybe help pack if it’s that important to shove us thru so quickly. The sad thing is, there’s not even anybody behind us. Learn to appreciate our shopping at your place of employment.

There is a young lady, Krysta. She is so great to work with. What a helpful, pleasant person. Walmart is very lucky to have her there.
