Sir Troy's Toy Kingdom

A good size selection of multiple different properties from LEGO to Barbies to Breyers to Schleich, and even model trains, cars, and even Gundam/minifigs (with a quite decent sized paint selection)! staff was extremely helpful, and the person manning the lego booth was very apologetic that she didn't know how to look up the contents for the dozens upon dozens of bins (she was covering for another employee at the desk) so she took my name down for the specific Legos I'm looking to purchase for the next employee to look through and contact me if they have any (there's an entire store-within-a-store of floor to ceiling shelves of loose Lego pieces - if you have absolutely any need whatsoever for a specific brick it's probably in there, and if not you can always check back on another day!) Staff was great and very understanding and the store was quite clean, it's obviously not as big as the one that just opened in Strongsville which is like four times the size, but it still has a massive ton of variety in what it does have! (as a quick aside, yes they *do* sell pokémon cards, kept in a locked case near the checkout, but unfortunately just like every other place selling them they get bought up really quickly, so if you see any for sale and might want a booster pack or the like, grab those fellas asap!) also you're greeted by an animatronic dinosaur right when you come in the door. automatic 10/10, no notes.

This was my 1st time in Sir Troy's Toy Kingdom and I was BLOWN AWAY by the selection. I was there for over 2 hours looking! I could not believe the inventory they had. From new current items to retired stuff. The Lego selection, was better than a Lego store. They have THOUSANDS of loose minifigures, retired sets, sets that are already built, and pieces. They even buy and trade with you! Every 4th Tuesday on the Month, they host a Lego trade night! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! If you don't see ask, we asked if the had any Bionicle's. The associate said hang on and got around 15 sets that he said they just got in. They were reasonably priced, and I was able to pick up 2 of them with the boxes and instructions. I honestly can't wait to go back!

Wow. Just wow. Husband and I went to check out the Legos. The selection was huge, prices were fair. But the wow factor was the staff. No pressure, just super friendly and helpful. Honestly I can't remember ever going to any type of retail store and having such a nice experience. If you are, or know, a lego enthusiast please check out this store.

Wow. This place is absolutely amazing. Giant warehouse filled with every toy imaginable. Their specialty seems to be legos. I’m glad my kids are grown now bc I would have blown all our money in this place!

If you wish your kids could be a toys r us kid take them to Troy's Toy Kingdom you will both have fun interacting with all of the samples to play with and viewing their large lego display. The best toy store around hands down! I didn't get many pictures during our recent trip but you'll have to go and see for yourself!

This is truly an impressive store! They have a massive selection with items which children and adults alike can enjoy! The lego section is mind blowing and it seems like it's only getting bigger. They have an awesome game section, a wall of unique sodas, and so much more. Staff are always attentive and helpful for any questions. Definitely check this place out!

Sir Troy's came through for me at Christmastime when the toy my son wanted most (a Schleich brand item) was sold out everywhere else. They had it in stock (which speaks to their excellent inventory and stock), and their staff was so helpful and thoughtful in making sure I could get my hands on it before Christmas. The folks at Sir Troy's really went above and beyond for this customer, and I could not be more grateful. I will never forget the way they helped me make Christmas magic for my little guy!
